I was attracted to the packaging of this brand with its striking rose pink and dark bottle. I have always loved rosehip oil because it is great for sensitive skin and I have heard about its healing property especially when applied to scars and eczema. I instantly fell in love with this. It is rich enough for my dry sensitive skin yet leaves no greasy sticky residue on my skin. It also acts as a makeup base in the day. I sit in the dry air-con and this has kept my skin feeling and looking good under makeup for hours. No caking, no running, no crease. I am now a loyal convert to Essano. Inexpensive and excellent result!

My saving grace. I have oily and sensitive skin and I’ve tried a bunch of moisturizers, but they either irritated my skin or clogged my pores. I stuck to Neutrogena’s Sensitive Skin Moisturizer for years. It wasn’t hydrating enough for my skin and I had loved the other Rosehip by Essano products I had tried, so I was excited to try this. I was shocked at the texture – it is quite thick – and I was dubious it would work out. However, it soaked right up into my skin, made it plump, and kept it hydrated all day. My skin barely gets oily anymore with this. I even put this on before I go to sleep and when I wake up, my face is less oily than if I went to sleep without it.
