I purchased this upon recommendation of the cosmetic counter lady when I really wanted to buy the Neutrogena Hydro Boost since I had good results with it. I have been using this product for 6 weeks now and am noticing that my skin is getting darker and darker, especially when I have briefly exposed to the sun in the morning (just a very short walk from the car to the work building doors !).
I will not buy this product again. As a matter of fact, I wish I could return it.

My sensitive skin started feeling irritated shortly after using this. Very disappointed at the ingredients – alcohol denat the 3rd ingredient!! Not impressed.

Within two days of using, this broke me out in cysts all over the place (I’m suspecting the Ethylhexyl Palmitate), which is really unfortunate because makeup sits so well over top. However, I also didn’t find if to be as hydrating as I’d expect from a ‘rich’ cream, and the pump was not ideal, only dispensing a very small amount (I was needing two-three pumps for my face). I’m hoping I can find the box and receipt so I can exchange it, especially seeing as I’ve only used it a few times and it’s one of the most expensive things from Bioderma, but I absolutely will not stand for breakouts like these!!

As of now, yes to repurchase. This is a GODSEND for my dry, sensitive skin. It really really plumps it up. I use a simple (saeed ghani brand, if you’re desi) rosewater mist beneath it. It is honestly miraculous for me! I have been using serums and toners that NEEDED a proper moisturizer on top, used loads of the ones recommended on the Skincare Board, that I simply did not get on well with. Elta MD intense, for instance- simple ingredients list but instant clogging, no matter what, and skin became PARCHED to boot. So mamy other things, i’ve tried, with similar results. This causes ZERO problems and my skin is looking so bright, plump n soft n feels so springy/bouncy, not dry and blah. As a night cream over my lovely serum, as a day cream under SPF, just LOVE it.

I’m writing this review based on my personal experience and on my daughter’s skin reaction to it.
I started using Hydrabio Riche a good six month ago during winter time. I don’t use it everyday but everytime my skin feels in need of a hydrating boost. My skin is pretty dry and this stuff works well at night for me. I wake up with soft and plumped skin. I also like it soon after a diy facial. It’s rich and can be worked into the skin with a good massage. So thumbs up for me.
I gave some to use to my daughter one morning before she set off to school. She has, fair sensitive skin and when she got back home her skin had developed a bad rash, her face was all red and bumpy, really bad I mean and it took a few days to disappear. To make sure it was caused by Bioderma, we re-applied it some days later on the back of her wrist. Immediate reaction. red and Itchy.
So all in all, it works for me so far but I don’t feel inclined to repurchase it when the supply is over.

This cream leaves my skin itchy and slightly red like its about to have a reaction to it, but nothing happens afterwards. So that is why I didn’t give it a 0 rating. but it never leaves my skin comfortable or moisturised. it does leave it soft though. I don’t understand what this reaction can be to, because this line is for dehydrated AND sensitive skin. i was sad because i really expected to love it because I love Bioderma in general.

Really want to love this product but makes me have bumps after using it – will switch to LRP hydra phase

The first time I used this, I could almost hear the sound of my skin sucking it in….. Within minutes my skin was plumper, softer, firmer, etc. I think I’d been moisturising when hydrating was my problem!!! I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I will continue to use this product – have purchased the scrub too!

I’ve only been using this for a couple of weeks but felt like I had to write a review – it is hands down the best moisturizer I’ve ever used! I needed a really good moisturizer for winter because my skin was drying up, I thought this might be a bit strong because its the ‘rich’ version (theres a ligher one available too) but I could definitely tell the difference in my skin after 2-3 days! amazing! normally my face feels tight and dry after showering or if I use a strong face cleanser but not much anymore, almost feels like I dont need moisturizer (but of course I will still put it on)
it is quite expensive but a little goes a long way, its not as thick as I would have expected from a rich moisturizer but the consistency is really good and also a good base for makeup
I would definitely repurchase this, but maybe in the summertime I will try the light version as my skin wont be so dry/dehydrated

Super! I love everything – the packaging, the application (sinks in so nicely), the effect is so moisturizing and my skin glows. Very good for sensitive dehydrated skin. I’m a fan of Bioderma Hydrabio line! Affordable and effective. I prefer this to Shiseido (gives me allergy), Kanebo (feels to silicony), Kenzo (too mucho frangrance) and most of every other creams I’ve tried.
