   A solidly good, but not great product. I find that once it absorbs into my skin (fairly quickly), it does not leave much a white cast, if any. Also, like most SPF moisturizers, it does leave me shiny but not outrageously so and if I’m using foundation it will not be much of an issue. I feel like this lotion has made a decent dent in minimizing the appearance of the dark spots that I have. It also moisturizes well. All good so far, right? My biggest issue with this product is that it does not play nicely with a lot of other products (pills), and I’ve tested with all sorts of different foundations and ingredients. I will say it tends to be better if you have a long time to wait between using this moisturizer and foundation, but most days I don’t have a lot of time to wait. There is a sunscreeny Garnier scent to the product but seems to disappear fairly quickly. I actually enjoy using this as more of a night lotion than a regular daytime moisturizer, but I will use it on days I’m not wearing foundation. I would repurchase for the dark spot minimizing factor alone, but I need to keep in mind that it is not the best moisturizer to wear under foundation.

   This moisturizer is absolutely the BEST! I’ve started using this every night after cleansing my face, and it gives me just the perfect amount of moisture without making my skin look oily. I had a problem before I started using this, and that was whenever I went to apply my makeup in the morning, I had flaky spots on my face, and you could tell up under my makeup that they were there, well NOT ANYMORE! What else do I adore about this product? The scent is very light and honestly I’ve never had a moisturizer scent I’ve loved, except for this Garnier product. My skin looks so healthy, smooth, and more evened out. I’m going to continue to use this every single night to help diminish the sun damage that has already previously been done to my skin from the many beach trips I’ve been on and tanning beds I’ve exposed my skin to. Also, this product doesn’t cause me to breakout, and I really hope they never discontinue this because I am absolutely in love and will use this moisturizer forever! I’m not big on Garnier, such as their shampoos and conditioners, but this daily face moisturizer, I will always be a customer of! Give this a try! I got this at Walmart for around $12, and it’s worth every penny!

   I used the SPF15 version of the Clearly Brighter moisturizer in Summer 2017 after finding it on sale, so when that ran out I wanted to try the SPF30. This one just does not work with my skin. The SPF15 was light and absorbed well, but the SPF30 leaves my skin feeling filmy and looking greasy. I have pretty “easy” skin – it’s not super sensitive, and doesn’t get overly dry or overly oily if I leave it alone, but this moisturizer leaves it feeling gross. No matter what I do, this just doesn’t sink into my skin well enough, which sucks because I really prefer something with SPF30. I like the light scent, and since I had a great experience with the SPF15 I am sure the SPF30 will be fine for some people, but for me it just leaves my skin feeling dirty.

   I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about this – it’s an absolutely amazing product! Vitamin C and SPF are two powerhouses in fading PIE/PIH. Since I started using this product 2 months ago, I can honestly say my red/brown spots have lightened. I’ll continue to repurchase.

   Unfortunately no suncare product is perfect – this does leave a slight white cast, this does pill on the skin if you’re not careful, and it is pretty greasy. But since I have big windows all over my apartment, I do wear sunscreen at home, and this is the best formula for an at home sunscreen that I can imagine!

   First off.. I am not a drugstore buyer for skincare or makeup products. But I happened to grab this after a TCA peel when I ran out of my go to and didn’t want to head to Sephora in my fugly moment. This stuff rocks! And not to mention the price for what you get! Light , non greasy, light scent as stated above. Will be my new go to. SPF for the face that will be hard to find better and cheaper!!

   Finally a wonderful drugstore moisturizer with SPF 30 at a great price! I paid $12 for this at Wegman’s and am so pleasantly surprised! Garnier skincare products were never my first pick in that past- I usually stuck with Olay- but my Olay SPF 15 moisturizer wasn’t hydrating my skin well enough and I don’t like their more affordable SPF 30 day lotion. The Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repais SPF 30 was my moisturizer before the Garnier, but the Garnier feels even better on my skin. There is a light fresh scent that doesn’t linger and it does seem to sink into my skin nicely and not lay on top or look greasy. My makeup applies great over top and doesn’t look shiny. I really don’t like when moisturizers add too much unwanted glow to my makeup, but this is fantastic! Definitely would repurchase. I like to try new products all the time, but this moisturizer is a keeper!

   Fantastic daily moisturizer! I picked it up at Walgreens when I noticed it had a spf 30. I expected it to be quite thick and heavy with a slight white cast, but I was just looking for a simple, on-the-go, sunscreen moisturizer, so didn’t really mind. Imagine my surprise to find this moisturizer so light and silky (no sheen!). My makeup even sets beautifully over this! It has a lovely fresh scent but doesn’t irritate my skin at all. So happy to have discovered this little gem, and will continue to repurchase!
