I use this blemish serum once or twice daily on the oily areas of my face (T-zone and underneath my jawline) after washing and using toner, but before applying my moisturizer. My esthetician had recommended this product to me for summertime use, when my combination skin becomes more oily. The texture is somewhat watery but not too watery, it glides on smoothly, and smells nice. I think it’s done a good job keeping blackheads and pimples at bay, but my skin is also a lot nicer now that I’m in my late 20s compared to my teens and early-mid 20s. This product contains milder acne-controlling ingredients, with witch hazel as the main active ingredient. Salicylic acid is also mentioned in the ingredient list, but it must be a very low percentage because none was listed on the package. I paid $15 at my spa for a small quantity of 15 mL, so it is on the pricy side, but I think it will last me a long time because I generally use a small quantity. I’ve had this for a couple months now and would probably buy it again, unless I found another blemish serum that was better or more cost effective.
