My skin is sensitive to SA so I’ve returned this. However, I’m not selfish, and i know a lot of people benefit from SA. I saw results the next morning. Cleared bumps and smoothed texture. I’m sad that my skin doesnt tolerate this ingredient very well because it’s such an effective exfoliant. Really gets into the pores like you want it to.

I’m very impressed with this stuff. My acne isn’t bad, but it seems that I almost always had one or two pimples of my face and blackheads constantly on my nose, before using this. Since using this stuff for the past 3 weeks, I think I’ve only had one tiny pimple and my blackheads are gone!! Every now and then I start to feel a pimple coming on… but then it never does. This stuff seems to stop it in its tracks.
It hasn’t dried my skin at all or had any negative effects on my sensitive skin. It’s a tiny bit sticky when you first put it on, but dries quickly.
I haven’t used it long enough to say if it is evening out my skin tone, but even if it doesn’t, I’ll still repurchase.

This product feels sticky on the skin. I love that it doesnt drying my skin like most of the acne treatments do. About the acne healing power I feel that it does a good job, but not great. Fewer breakouts, yes. It’s more like a preventing breakouts rather than healing the old ones, and I agree with other reviews who claim that this product is for those who have mild acne. This product is not powerful enough to handle moderate to severe acne. Plus, it contains mild AHA that could aggravate the conditions of inflamed acne. Having AHA in this product means that it is irritating for sensitive skin as well, so you might consider try a sample first before purchasing.

I had high hopes for this organic product thinking it would prevent acne and lighten old dark marks. I found it lightened my post acne marks but it caused blackheads and clogged pores. Just to be certain, I would stop using the product, clear up my skin, then use it again….and BAM! clogged pores and blackheads again. I won’t purchase this again. Trash bin.

This made my acne worse!
I know this has bha on it but i know that i was not purging when i use this. It’s scary that my small bumps started to appear on my face and this made my face itchy! Totally not for very sensitive skin.

Soooo I decided that since I went organic with my hair care which worked wonders for me I may add, I figured I would try doing the same with my skin care. I purchased this product to start with to see if I could rid a couple of acne scars from using Clinique. Well it did the same crap to me that Clinique did. I broke on my chin all over again. I spent extra money and turned to Aveda’s Tourmaline skin care line and my face recovered beautifully. This product was a waste of money. There is nothing that can said that will ever make me repurchase this product. Stupid waste of money!

This Product is magical! I highly recommend it! I have combination/oily/acne-prone skin that is very problematic. This serum has changed that! I pick up a new bottle every 2-3 months!
In my current skin regimen I use it after each time I cleanse in the am pm
I use it with my Juice beauty blemish clearing cleanser (which is also my HG cleanser)
I would put in on after I cleanse (with my trusty Clarisonic cashmere luxe brush), and after I apply toner. And sleep with it! I love waking up to a pore-less, soft and radiant face! It never fails!
Lately i’ve found that not cleansing in the morning when I wake up, is a lot more effective too! I’ve even skipped using a night cream, cause I find it unnecessary! True minimal beauty essential! The serum works into my skin so well at night, that in the morning my skin is supple and feels hydrated. First thing when I wake up, I spritz on Mario Badescu’s Aloe, herbs and rose water facial spray, use a few drops of the serum, starting from my forehead, moving clock-wise, right cheek, chin, left cheek, and then the nose.. It absorbs instantly, leaving my skin hydrated and protected. It doesn’t leave any residue (peeling) and goes well under my make-up.
The packaging is great, I love the glass bottle it comes in, and the price is fair! $30 and worth it! I find its easier to purchase on Amazon, as its a couple dollars cheaper 🙂 but you can find it in wholefoods. I will be purchasing my 6th bottle very soon!

I went to Ulta looking for something to help with my hormonal acne and the scars left behind. The esthetician they have there recommended this product. She said it was so popular they couldn’t keep it on the shelves and that it would get rid of and prevent breakouts as well as fade scares.
Wrong.
I used this for 3 months every night and nothing happened. I went back into Ulta and asked he why I was not seeing results. She said that I might have to use several bottles before recieving any significant results. I knew then that she was just trying to sell the product. I am so unhappy that I wasted my money on this. Even after using it religiously and after using the entire bottle, this did nothigng for me.

My acne regimen consists of JB acne cleanser, smoothing eye treatment, and occasionally the oil cleanser for when my skin is dry. The only new additional products were the JB acne cleanser and the serum. I used the cleanser by itself with fabulous results. When I added the serum, it just made me break out horribly. Since I’ve made the switch to natural products, Juice.Beauty has been my go-to for all things beauty, but this is a FAIL.

I like this serum for gently helping to clear my skin. It does not make acne disappear magically overnight, but it does help with the inflammation and noticeability of the acne. It does not dry out or irritate my skin. Considering what you pay for this product ($29 for 2 oz.), you get a lot of bang for your buck.
