This toner feels great, evens out skin tone, and gives the face a slight glow. Because it contains a vitamin c derivate however, I can only use it maximum once a day (prefer every other day), or my skin will become more sensitive and a bit dry (all vitamin c dries me out a bit). I’m a fan of non-sticky, watery toners, and the texture of this one is great.

Cute packaging.
And smoothly but moisturizing !

i have the version up-ed version. ^ ^ it’s a bit sticky as previously mentioned (but that may be because i use quite a lot of it each time) but it really hydrates. however alcohol is the 2nd ingredient so i probably wouldn’t repurchase as i usually try to avoid skincare products with alcohol.

This is my new HG and my second repeat purchase. First bought it over 4 years ago and didn’t realize how good the product was until I tried it again now. This was the product I was using when I had the best skin of my life – 4 years ago. Now this product has been very visibly helping my skin with acne and just overall smoothness of the skin.
This is essentially a glycolic-based toner. You can tell it’s glycolic because after you apply it you feel a very very tiny bit of stickiness that glycol leaves. It goes away very fast though. I have used other glycolic acid toners before, but they did not work as well for me as this. I think it must be the certain combination of ingredients in the IPSA toner that allows my skin to absorb it better. The concept of the product is also to “reset the time” so that you can go back to baby-like skin. It also provides the skin with adequate moisture.
The packaging is very minimalistic and in fact, the toner can look like just water inside a clear bottle. I think because of this kind of image, the product has not received the recognition it deserves. I think this product is definitely worth your try. It retails for 4200JPY including tax.
