I prefer the oil version compared to this , i feel that the oil version works better for me.
the jelly version doesn’t work well if i just want to clean up eyeliner mistake, i feel that it gets everywhere even though i used a Q-tip.
nonetheless, this remover does it jobs well for removing everything except for stubborn mascara.. have to rub for awhile before the mascara is removed.
i also have problems with the pump, it stopped function after half the bottle. I have dip my cotton pad to get the product.
overall i would still recommend this product to others because it works quite well & it’s also affordable.

This is my favourite make-up remover of all time. I normally use this with clean dry hands on a dry face to remove my face and eye makeup thoroughly by massaging my eyes and face gently with 2-3 pumps for heavier makeup. The biggest plus to this makeup remover is that it doesn’t make my eyes cloudy after removing my eye makeup (happens to me all the time idk why).
Overall, a great makeup remover and great price since it removes waterproof, stubborn mascara too!

I am currently on my third bottle right now, and I really love it! No more having to buy specific eye/lips makeup remover, just massage this all over your face and everything comes right off! As I have dance performances, this removes performance make up and waterproof mascaras as well. Great for lazy people like me, heh.
Anyway, I will usually double cleanse my face, so after using this, I will usually use facial wash again, just in case. For people who love the convenience of Fancl cleansing oil, you will love this, at 1/3 the price! This is also great for people with oily skin, since applying cleansing oils to oily skin doesn’t really make sense to me, I mean, who wants more oil on their face?
Overall, love this product, will definitely buy this again.

Awesome makeup remover. Removes all traces of makeup and even mascara. Better than Shu cleansing oil IMHO. I didn’t even need to double cleanse after using this. However, I’m not giving this a 5 because I prefer natural ingredients. As such, I won’t be repurchasing due to the same reason.

The product glides easily over my face while removing the makeup. Not sure is it just me as I feel that the product produces a very mild heat when I gently rubbed it onto my face. Don’t musunderstood me. I actually like the comfortable warm feeling on my face.
What I like most about this product is that it does not dries out my skin after it fully cleanses away all the makeup! I will continue to use this product!

Have been using the Biore Aqua Jelly Make Up Jelly Remover for about half a year now and I would say it does a pretty good job on removing my make up. The ones I got comes with the cap on the bottle and I like that a lot as it secures it from any spillage. Have re-purchased this and recommended to several friends. A must-try!

This is the PERFECT makeup remover for me. Removes all makeup, leaves my skin clear and supple without ANY redness, calms my skin and best of all, doesn’t break me out like oil cleansers do.
It’s gel-based so I think for my skin this kind is the best. I absolutely love this product and I will stick to it forever. I’m on my 3rd bottle now.
How to use it? Dispense 2 to 3 pumps (2 pumps are perfect for me) and massage into your face. Rinse off with water. I always rinse 10 times haha. I always follow up with a mild cleansing foam, doesn’t really matter which.
But the packaging is… lol. Halfway through the pump bottle doesn’t work and only sucks up half a pump. The other half a pump of gel gets lost and trickles down the outside of the bottle. This happened to all my bottles… maybe it’s the way I use it, or maybe it’s an inherent defect in the design. So I just throw away the pump and pour the gel out. I’ve used it for so long that I know the perfect amount for me.
It’s slightly expensive for a Biore product but half the price of higher-end brands so it’s still good value, especially the wonders it does for my skin.
All in all, I recommend this to anybody who might have a problem with oil cleansers. Jelly-based might be the way for you, just like it’s perfect for me.
