I am on to my second bottle of this and will keep repurchasing! It is a little on the pricy side (for me anyway, as I am a bargain hunter) but I have found it to be one of the few toners I have found that actually packs a punch with its ingredients. It does have fragrance it it which I generally avoid but I haven’t found it to be irritating as it is fairly low down on the ingredient list. However I cover my eyes to avoid spraying it in them as that does sting for me. I think the packaging is cute and I love to use it as a first step in my morning routine as it adds some nice ingredients and a little moisture but doesn’t leave a tacky finish that interferes with my other products.
*I have recently purchased the Andalou Naturals Illuminating Toner as it seemed like a similar product but was much better value for money. So far I like both, but the Andalou toner does have a cloying scent that I don’t love. I still think the MAC one is my favourite in this category!

The product is good, according to Beautypedia review (rated Best / 5*), MAC’s skin care line is very underrated, BUT is unacceptable the quantity reducing, under the pretext of new packaging. The old version had 150ml and the new 100ml. Two lippies down for this. Customers are not idiots!

I loved this product! I have very dry/dehydrated skin and it was a lovely toner to get rid of any leftover residue when cleansing my face and/or to prep for a face cream. However, I go through toners/micellar waters so, so easily (max. a month) and given the price (about 30 euros in Greece) it’s too pricey to keep as a staple/regular product in my skincare regime. 🙁

Very nice toner, makes my skin super soft and calms down redness. Also, smells amazing! I like to apply it directly with my figers and not with a cotton pad, this way you waste less product.

I think I like this product but I’m not sure exactly how much it is doing. I layer products so it’s becoming hard to tell what is helping my skin and what is doing nothing. I can say this doesn’t cause breakouts, leaves my skin feeling soft but not oily and appears to be helping lighten red spots on my face. I would repurchase this.

COMMENTS: I have to say, MAC’s skin care products are very underrated. I’ve been very pleased with their products, lately. The price tag isn’t too favorable, but if it works…I’m buying. This stuff leaves my skin feeling so soft, plumped, and glowy. I love the scent and the packaging. It just smells so fresh. I like applying this with my hands, but I don’t use this as a toner. I’ll continue to use my witch hazel for that because I use this more as a base to my moisturizer. It just gives it that extra “oomph” without being greasy at all. It’s a really nice product. My skin looks and feels hydrated without the heaviness or greasy feel. It also doesn’t hurt that it works well under makeup.
Will repurchase.

i LOVE this stuff. This has really helped with my acne scaring and red marks left behind. I’ve been using it now for over a month and my skin has improved by 90% it’s amazing. Before this i was using Estee Lauders essence and while i liked it, this one works better and is cheaper when you compare similar products. If you suffer from acne and marks this is a must! I also notices it plumps up my face and so my makeup sits even better on my face. I use this morning and night!

I’ve bought this over and over and over again. I use it as a toner before putting on serum and/or moisturizer. This balances out my skin, and it’s helped lighten any scars that I have from pimples very well. If you use this with any of the other Lightful products, it will work even better for reducing scarring. My skin loves this stuff!

Love this toner. It does moisturize a little. I do not use cotton pads for it. I just put some on the palm of my hand and dab it onto my skin. Makeup glides easily… even when I don’t put moisturizer on. I will definitely definitely repurchase!
