Tizo AM Replenish SPF 40 is a sunscreen with Zinc Oxide (16%), Ceramides, and antioxidants (Vitamins C and E). An esthetician recommended this.
I enjoyed using it, but will likely not repurchase. It’s one of the better physical sunscreens I have used. It covered well, and offered good protection. The downsides for me are that it’s tinted and didn’t look great under makeup. I am fairly pale and this suncreen was actually a bit darker than my skin. My face already tends to be darker/ more red than my neck/body, so putting on a darker product accentuated that. Also, it tended to look a bit dry when I added makeup on top.
I started using this on no-makeup days, because I just didnt like the way it looked under makeup. That did work well – the suncreen is thick and acted as a primer, filling in pores and smoothing my skin. I also appreciate that it’s fragrance free and it didnt irritate my eyes.
Overall, I liked this product. It offered good sun protection. However, I prefer a suncreen that doesn’t make my skin look as dry and is not tinted.
