   The Kopari Sundaze Mineral Face Sunscreen SPF 30 is a very clean mineral sunscreen. it’s full of beneficial ingredients and is a physical or mineral based sunscreen.  The packaging is cute and fits in the Kopari theme, although I do worry that the cap is one of those that has the potential to fall off in your purse and leave a gooey mess.  So… just be warned.  I’ve had that happen with basically every Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick I own, until I finally stopped buying them because I know exactly what will happen and the lipstick trail mess it leaves behind…

   The Sundaze Mineral Face Sunscreen is okay.  It contains many hydrating and beneficial ingredients, but at the same time it doesn’t feel very hydrating.  It takes a little bit of time to apply and to blend in so that the white cast is barely noticeable.  With all the good ingredients this contains I expected to to apply a bit easier, although 12% of zinc is not a small amount so I shouldn’t expect too much.  After it is blended it still does have a very faint white cast.  

   I am happy that Kopari didn’t include any fragrance, and this does not have a scent.  Those with sensitive skin will certainly appreciate a fragrance free, mineral based, beneficial ingredient full sunscreen!  I appreciate that Kopari made this an SPF level of 30, which is the minimum I recommend on a daily basis.  Foundation applies okay over this foundation, as long as the foundation is a liquid.  I didn’t have much luck when using a powder foundation- it ended up looking cakey.  

   Overall, the Kopari Sundaze Mineral Face Sunscreen is a good option for those looking for a fragrance free, physical/ mineral sunscreen.  It is very slightly hydrating but not too much that those with oily skin couldn’t use it.  It does contain several beneficial ingredients, however, I still recommend applying either a moisturizer or vitamin c serum underneath this sunscreen.
