I have use this product since 2001 if my memory serves me well. Textures and Tones was suggested by a beauty supply store here in Detroit, and every since I have been using it; my hair is not weight down my scalp is a lot heathier. The styles has a shine and looks fantastic, when I heard that the product had been discontinued after going to several beauty supply stores, I was sadden to find out that a company who had such a good product would discontinued it without and explanation of why. I am writing you to let you know that you had a good product that worked well on african american hair when using flat iron, pressing the hair, curling irons plus the fact that its light on our hair. If you don’t mind please bring Clairol Textures & Tones Light Moisturizing Oil & Shiner back on the market, Oh, by the way it priced affordable. I absolutely love how light this oil is. I expected this to weigh my hair down like so many other oils on the market. I apply a small amount in my hands, rub together then distribute over surface of my hair once I have completed my style for the day. I have a small amount left, and I’m holding on for dear life because this line of styling products has been discontinued. I believe they only have the hair dye now.
