This shampoo and conditioner combo work very well on my fine, wavy hair. It’s a regular sulfate formula with a short ingredient list, which I prefer. The fragrance is artificial, essential oils are not listed, but again, for me this is my preference since certain essential oils irritate my scalp. I don’t really smell peppermint in this, to me it smells like lavender-musk. It cleans my hair nicely without drying it out and rinses clean. The conditioner is light but effective for my hair type, leaving it shiny, with body. This is probably best for fine or oily hair types. Expensive, though. $12 for 5 ounces plus shipping is too much for what it is, and the screw on cap bottles need improvement. Overall, I do like it a lot and wish they would make bigger sizes.

I was very disappointed with this shampoo.
First, I was surprised to see that $9 only buys a 5 oz. bottle.
Then the shampoo didnt suds up at all.
You could make the same shampoo by taking an unscented shampoo and dumping in lavender and peppermint essential oils.
it would be around the same price and you would probably get better results.

I was on vacation in Las Vegas for a few days and stayed at Cosmopolitan Hotel, which provided this line of products for customers at the hotel. I always bring my own toiletries for vacations but it smelled nice so I gave it a try even though I’ve not heard of this brand.
OMG I was so pleasantly surprised that I didn’t use the shampoo/conditioner that I brought with me at all (even though they were Shiseido) and only used this for the whole time I was there!! It felt very clean and the conditioner was moisturizing without the feeling of just being coated by silicone. I usually have frizzy puffy hair, oily and flat at the roots and I have to wash it everyday. With this, I use it every other day and even on the second day my hair is still fresh! It keeps my hair clean, soft, shiny, bouncy and like I said I have puffy hair like there was no weight at the ends of my hair, but this gave it some healthy weight!! Needless to say, I dashed down to the store in the hotel planning to buy some to take home. It was $8 for 60mL and on the website was $9 for 100mL…. the clerk suggested that I ring the housekeeping to ask them to leave me a few more bottles. I’ve collected a bag full of these treasures from the housekeeping and my friends who also stayed at Cosmopolitan!! I’m happy until I have to start purchasing them online 😀
