I love the smell, but it didn´t help with my dandruff at all.
It was cheap but not worth it!

I couldn’t wait fo rmy aunt to bring me a bottle of this from Europe, unfortunatelly not worth wait. If anything, it made my flakes worse.

After a long life battling classic dandruff and a sensitive, reactive scalp, I have finally found my saviour. This shampoo is IT.
I had to order it through Ebay as there are no local suppliers in my part of the world unfortunately (that being the only downside). The bottle is compact and clinical which suits the content quite nicely; the smell is mild and unobtrusive.
But the real hero here is the shampoo itself. It says what it does, and does what it says. Simple. And fast! After the first use, my itching subsided dramatically. A few washes later and my scalp was completely clear…for the first time in years. HOORAY!!
I do colour my very dry and frizzy hair and am quite conscious of the effects of anti-dandruff shampoos on my colour. Therefore, I tend to use this shampoo once a week to maintain a clear scalp, or as required (depending on what shampoo I’m using, my scalp may still flare up…hasten to say, I am still searching for my “perfect” everyday shampoo). It also works in the same way that a clarifying shampoo does, in that it removes product build up and my hair is super clean and shiny after use.
The routine that works best for me currently is to work some leave in conditioner into the ends of my hair after washing, to counteract the drying effects of this shampoo. The result is a clean scalp, no itching or flaking, and (depending on which leave in conditioner I am using: yet another conundrum!) silky smooth locks!
Highly recommended.

This is a godsend for itchy, flaky, unhealthy scalps. After a few weeks of using Pantene (don’t ask) my scalp was in a terrible condition, my hair was dry as hay, and dandruff was appearing almost as soon as my hair dried after a wash. Against my jet black hair, dandruff flakes are terrifyingly visible. I’ve never used a Sebamed product that hasn’t proved to be excellent, so I gave this a shot. It works like a charm. Relief from itchiness with the very first wash, relief from dandruff by the third or fourth. Hair is healthy and shiny. The few extra euros you pay (in comparison to say, Head & Shoulders) are worth their weight in gold.

First my one complaint…the only place i can find this is on Amazon. I cannot buy it locally at all.
Now for the good stuff! For some reason in the winter my scalp gets dry, itchy, and flaky. No matter what i do i cannot get rid of the dandruff in winter. I have tried every kind of shampoo known to man and none of it helps. Except this one! Literally after the first time i washed my hair i could tell a difference and was not itchy. After several washes i had less flakiness, dryness, and itchiness. I am not sure if it is the ingredients or the PH that makes it work but i do love it. If only i could find a place to buy it locally!!!

Once a week I use a dandruff shampoo for clarifying my scalp to prevent sebhorreic dermatitis.
This shampoo is not a quick fix when I really have patches of dermatitis, than I have to use this shampoo a week or 2 to solve the problem, but once my scalp is under control, this works perfectly to keep everything in balance.
The shampoo is very cheap in my country and is easy to find. After use my hair is very shiny, smooth and clean. Most dandruff shampoos are drying, this isn’t.
Finally the ingredient list is not that bad either, I prefer a shampoo without cocamidopropyl betaine, because it can be irritating, but here it is at the end of the list, so the amount is just a little bit.

I have scalp psoriasis and extremely sensitive skin, so even dandruff shampoos can wreak havoc (sometimes especially shampoos targeted at dandruff). This one is good value for money, soothes my irritated scalp, cuts down on flakes, and isn’t overly drying (although I do alternate with other shampoos and use conditioning treatments once a week or every other week). One of the better ones out there and a definite repurchase for me.

I love this shampoo! My dandruff was reduced literally after the first wash and the smell of this shampoo is so nice too! Its bottle is tiny too so its easy to take while travelling.

If you have an itchy scalp or dandruff this shamppo is definitely worth a try. (Also suited DH- who is prone to eczema flareups)
The active ingredient Piroctone Olamine targets fungi\yeasts and helps relieve the itching and dandruff flakes. It has a The pH value of 5.5
I also washed my brushes & combs in it to cut down ‘re-infecting’ my scalp
This is a HG product and relieved my itchy scalp within 2 washes. I now just wash once a month with it now, using my regular shampoo the remainder of the time. Cannot believe how effective it is- wish I had found this years ago will never be without it..
The active ingredient is the one used in Philip Kingsley Itchy Flakey Shampoo (at a fraction of the price). Around £5.00 a bottle in UK.
