This things is type of amazing. It’s a powder that you combine with a little bit of water to make a slurry, then scrub it on your face and it starts to foam up. Like everyone else has claimed, it’s not sandy; it’s an enzyme so it scrubs chemically rather than manually. It likewise cleans actually well! I have tried it several times on a full face of makeup, and I’m tidy as a whistle later !! Plus, it’s truly not drying, which for one reason or another amazed me, nor is is hydrating. It just cleans up and scrubs. It’s gaggingly costly, however it lasts an endless time, as well as if I ever before run out, I’ll buy it once again.

I love this stuff. It’s not a scrub whatsoever, rather a powder as others have actually claimed, including enzymes that dissolve/remove dead skin cells. What I enjoy most about it is just how at first, also on tidy skin, there is resistance … virtually seems like the stuff is moving over plaque, or something.
After a couple seconds, it starts to slide around quickly. At this point it feels like those enzymes have actually done their job, however I provide it an additional 15 secs of rubbing prior to I wash. Upon washing, skin is soft, smooth, and also never tight. I feel this removes dead skin w/o any anxiety or scrubbing up or micro-abrasions. Love, love love. I have a luxurious sample that I’m still refrained with after regarding a year. Pricey, however a little goes a long way, so I believe the worth is great.

I’ve been utilizing this for years and have actually liked it because day one. It is costly, yet a bottle lasts me a long period of time and also not much product is needed during each usage. This is an exfoliant without the grittiness of the majority of exfoliants. It uses enzymes to remove pollutants and also dead skin cells. It comes in a powder kind (like Dermalogica’s Microfoliant) as well as is activated by adding water. I include a little bit of product in my hand, include a bit of water, rub between my hands up until a foam kinds. I then apply it to my face, rubbing in round movements till it starts to enlarge right into even more of a paste-like consistency. Once it has actually enlarged to the point where it is tougher to massage on the skin, I then include extra water to permit it to foam once more and duplicate the process. Once the item has been rinsed, I am entrusted soft, hydrated as well as brighter skin. It is gentle and efficient. It states it’s been reformulated to ensure that it can be made use of also during the cleansing process however I prefer to cleanse initially with my typical cleanser as well as utilize this after. If you’re not happy to dedicate to the larger size Sephora has a smaller sized option.

I love this stuff. It’s not a scrub at all, rather a powder as others have said, containing enzymes that dissolve/remove dead skin cells. What I love most about it is how initially, even on clean skin, there is resistance…almost feels like the stuff is moving over plaque, or something.
After a couple seconds, it starts to slip around easily. At this point it seems like those enzymes have done their job, but I give it another 15 seconds of massaging before I rinse. I have a deluxe sample that I’m still not done with after about a year. Pricey, but a little goes a long way, so I think the value is good.

I’ve been using this for years and have loved it since day one. It is pricey, but a bottle lasts me a long time and not much product is needed during each use. This is an exfoliant without the grittiness of most exfoliants. It uses enzymes to remove impurities and dead skin cells. It comes in a powder form (like Dermalogica’s Microfoliant) and is activated by adding water. I add a little bit of product in my palm, add a little bit of water, rub between my hands until a foam forms. I then apply it to my face, massaging in circular motions until it starts to thicken into more of a paste-like consistency. Once it has thickened to the point where it is harder to massage on the skin, I then add more water to allow it to foam again and repeat the process. Once the product has been rinsed off, I am left with soft, hydrated and brighter skin. It is gentle and effective. It says it’s been reformulated so that it can be used also during the cleansing process but I prefer to cleanse first with my usual cleanser and use this after. If you’re not willing to commit to the larger size Sephora has a smaller option.

I received a sample size of this as part of a past Sephora Play Box, have been using it for over a week (with lots of product still left to use), and have been loving the way my skin feels after each use. My face feels clean and smooth and ready for a good makeup day! The only reason I am not giving it a five-star rating is I think it’s a little on the pricey side for the actual product. But, despite the price, I will definitely be purchasing this product once the sample size runs out (hopefully during a Sephora VIB sale).

This is the stuff! I’ve wanted to get into a good exfoliation routine but didn’t like what I had tried/sampled. This is gentle, gets the job done and I love the results!

When it comes to cleaning anything- my face or my apartment, im very lazy but very picky. I want it squeaky clean but I don’t want to put in the work.
My go-to cleanser is Cle De Peau foaming cleanser but I’m always looking for an alternative. Not just because of the price (I believe this might be comparable) but I really don’t want to schlepp to Saks and be emotionally battered by the person selling it to me (slight exaggeration although there’s one lady there who I’m pretty sure did time). Also, who doesn’t want options? Nobody. That’s who.
I got this with a trial size set, and I’ve been pleased with Amore Pacific products in the past so I knew the products would be decent. I did not know, however, that this powder would be such a game changer! This gets my face CLEAN!! It feels wonderful going on and coming off, truly leaves skin fully cleansed yet not dry or stripped. I was already getting prepared to go buy a full sized bottle, assuming that after about 5 uses the small bottle was about empty. That was like two weeks ago and there’s still plenty left. It’s like little fairies are refilling this when I’m asleep. More likely, though, a little goes a much longer way than I’m aware. I use this every night because of the lazy/picky thing. It’s easy and works fast. Removes all makeup. Sometimes I use a basic-ass cleanser first (or soap). I’m not sure about the peel action but I’ve got very resilient skin so few things exfoliate to the point that I notice or feel it. But hot damn this stuff is definitely cleaning my skin well and leaving it feeling and looking great.

I absolutely love this product. I received it as a part of a AP set from Sephora.
This is a powder enzym peel. After my first use, I immediately saw brighter, radiant skin.
As instructed, you wet your face and add a dime size amount to your palm, add a little water and it turns into a frothy, foamy, mixture. It is expensive, but as one reviewer states on Sephora, she purchased the full size bottle ($60) 2 years ago, and is still using it.
Since trying this product, it is now one of my favorites in my skincare routine. Must try this product!

I received a small sample of this when I ordered from Sephora a long time ago and fell in love with it. It just made my skin soooo smooth and soft and bright – it’s pretty amazing. Any skin build up or rough patches would go away. When I got married 9/4/15 my makeup artist said “WOW your skin is so smooth and perfect and makeup ready! What do you do??” I told her it was this stuff!!!! When my sample was up, I wanted to purchase the full size but was hesitant due to the price. But when I realized how little of the powder I needed per use, I said, “I’m going for it!” It’s been a little over a year and I still have a ton of product left and I can’t imagine my skin without this stuff.
I use it every day as my face wash (if I’ve worn makeup, I use some kind of makeup removing cleanser first), sometimes in conjunction with baking soda if I feel I need more of a physical exfoliant (usually on my nose). For a while, I wasn’t using it – say 3 weeks (I had left it in my mom’s shower) and BOY, did I notice a difference! My skin wasn’t smooth or even, and believe it or not, I had some random pimples that I normally never get! I really think this stuff helps to keep my skin unclogged. And the best part is it’s non-irritating and gentle. It also smells HEAVENLY. I will never not have this. $63 for 12+ Months? Yes please.
UPDATE 4/20/17
Y’all, I STILL have the same bottle. I was on my Sephora account the other day and saw that I actually ordered this 12/13/2014 – WOWZERS. I use it everyday (although I’m sure there were times that I used it sparingly or not at all) , but still! that’s a long time!). Anyway I came on here to upgrade this to HG status – never thought my first HG product would be skincare lol since I’m such a makeup fan, but it is! Don’t let the price be off-putting. This stuff lasts forever!

My skin: acne-prone but sensitive. I’m on Differin. I have mild (undiagnosed) rosacea — it runs in my family and I’m sure I have it.
This product is GREAT. I received a small bottle in a trial kit. The first few times I used it, I thought it didn’t do anything. I probably only left it on for 20 seconds. I was disappointed. Fast forward about a year, when on a whim I decided to try it again. This time, I used a little less water (just a few drops) and I counted to make sure I worked with it on my face for a full minute. After about 30 seconds, I started to feel it. It is mild, but right then I knew — this was working. And yet! It was SO GENTLE. It definitely exfoliated my face and left it looking refreshed and smoother, but it was not irritating in the slightest. My face did not get red. I’m so excited that there is a product that I can use regularly to exfoliate my clog-prone skin without aggravating my skin. My face looks ever so slightly younger and more radiant after I use this. I’m thrilled.
Granted, it is not going to deeply resurface your face. It is not that kind of product. I do think that you could get moderate results with regular use over an extended period. This is an enzymatic exfoliant– it dissolves the “glue” that holds dead skin cells onto the surface while leaving fresh cells in place.
If you want a very gentle exfoliant, you might love this. (If you want something aggressive, look elsewhere.) It is pricy for what it is. I am willing to pay it because it does not aggravate my skin but will help with turnover and keeping my pores clear. Retinoids speed up cell regeneration but do not actually cause much surface shedding after your skin gets used to them — this is exactly the product my skin needs to work in tandem with retinoids. I love it!

I always feel bad when a product that has such positive reception ends up being a personal flop. Oh well…
This is a cool product: it’s in powder form and you mix it with water before using it. Make sure your powder-to-water ratio is on point. It’s actually rather finicky because the first time I used too much water and obviously that resulted in the product being too runny to function as an effective exfoliator. But even after getting it right, this peel didn’t seem to do much at all. On the plus side, the formula itself is extremely gentle, so maybe this would be ideal for sensitive skin. However, it’s almost a little too gentle because I didn’t see any notable short-term or long-term results even after using this for a week. My face feels smoother to the touch, but that’s about all this product does for me. No visible changes, unfortunately. Kind of disappointed.
