I use it for daily wear. Perfect colour for my skin and great light coverage. I don’t look like I’m wearing a halloween mask. Looks very natural, blurs and evens colour – but not to the point I need to contour and put on blush. I have decent skin and I just don’t care about a few small flaws. Doesn’t give me a rash, goes on quick with fingers, no streaking.

I love the colour of this primer, and I’ve used it every day to work the last couple of months. It’s the perfect amount of colour, smoothes out the skin tone, and the SPF is a huge plus. However, it really doesn’t “stick” to my face. I have oily skin, and I’m used to products moving around a bit after a couple of hours, but this is extreme. I look shiny (not the glowy kind), and it just slips off parts of my face almost before I get to work. And it’s such a shame because I would -love- this product otherwise.

Eeeek…stay the hell away if you have dry or sensitive skin. This is essentially a tinted silicone primer with SPF. It does fill in pores and makes skin look smooth, but boy did it highlight flakes and dry patches. Although I liked the sheer coverage and blurring effect, it left my skin looking very matte and lackluster. But the worst part is it made my skin itch all day, almost to the point of being unbearable. I couldn’t wait to come home and wash it off. As a comparison, I use and love the BM Prep Step for my dry, sensitive skin.

I purchased this during Ulta’s 21 days of beauty for half price. Even at the $13 I spent, I still returned it. I hoped this would add a little bit of color to even things out or at the very least make skin look smooth and nice. Unfortunately, it did nothing. If anything, it emphasized my pores (which I don’t have an issue with normally) by not providing a smooth look to skin and ultimately sort of sinking into some pores and having skin get shiny. It also clung to dry patches and emphasized those with the tint it had. Everywhere else looked like no tint had been added. I ended up looking oily with this on my face (not even glowy, just truly oily). This literally did nothing good for me (other than not break me out, thank goodness) and only created or emphasized problems. I’m glad some folks love this, but I definitely do not.

Love this primer but hate the pump. The pump stop working on the third day that I bought this. A great primer doesn’t broke me out or give me allergy rash. This feel light on my skin . Bare Escentuals need to get a good pump for this products.

I have the color Light. I wear NC20 Mac and it is a good color match for me. I also have combo skin with an oily t zone.
This product pills if you use it over moisturiser (my Clinique Extended Thirst Relief) so I have to apply with caution.
2 hours after application, I noticed I started to get oily in my t zone. Within a few hours after that, more oily.
I like this because it is light, and is a good color match and has inbuilt sunscreen.
However, I would recommend this to those with dry skin and wouldn’t repurchase.

I happened to be in Ulta, so I decided to try something new that has the only sunscreens I can use (minerals). It’s creamier than I’d hoped it would be, though, and I prefer more liquidy/serumy textures in sunscreen. It’s so thick it feels like Crisco. Creamy just feels like it’s clogging my pores even if it isn’t. I have the shade Tan, which adds a lot of color to my face. In my estimation the Tan is around NC37, yet it’s the darkest shade offered in this product. The Tan works at first but it oxidizes and looks like I’ve spread mud all over my face. I tried Medium, and it sort of “glowed” in the glaring lights of Ulta, and it seemed to pull towards pink. Overall, I would never think of this as a “primer” because of its very heavy texture.. I don’t use primer, so maybe that’s the norm, but I wouldn’t be able to stand something this thick under foundation or powder. I am not happy with this purchase.

I wanted to love this!! I watch Shaaanxo use this all the time… but I feel like it does nothing for me besides provide SPF. I hoped it would cancel out some of my redness of elongate the staying power but I haven’t noticed either after using this. It also feels a little bit oily and heavy on the skin before I apply my foundation, but I think that’s part of the silicon-feeling base it’s supposed to give you. My foundation applies smoother because of the slick feeling though. I definitely recommend the Nivea After-Shave Balm over this because of the price point and elongating wear time.

Love that this is light weight primer that offers SPF protection. It’s extremely easy to travel with since it comes in a squirt container bottle, I use it daily! I purchased the light bb primer cream and found that it is much darker and doesn’t exactly match my skin tone. I often will mix this primer with a lighter color to get my exact skin tone color and it works perfectly. I am very satisfied with this bb primer and will continue to repurchase.

I think I have used at least 3 bottles of this. One of my HG products! Love the matte finish and that it comes with SPF, so I can skip a step in my skincare routine. Also, works well with my rosacea skin 🙂 The only drawback is the pump, which kind of stops dispensing product after a while. At first, I thought the product ran out, but I discovered it’s not! During times like this, I have had to manually extract the product by unscrewing the top and scooping it out. Other than that, I love this product!!
