I bought it because I wanted to lock my foundation down on my face. I get so much foundation everywhere when I scratch my face (I have little fly away hairs that will get stuck on my face and foundation). Tried using it with my urban Decay/Dermablend foundation and it’s like spreading jam on your face.. Foundation goes on super streaky and my nose looks awful because the primer goes into my huge pores and that’s the only place the foundation sticks is on those pores, making my nose look spotty and crusty. I still get makeup transfer like crazy even when using dermablend setting powder and the hard candy 12h setting spray. If I am wearing a black dress, every time I touch my face, it all ends up on my dress. Won’t buy again because it didn’t fix my problem.

I actually am really happy with this product. It is surprisingly effective for the price and doesn’t upset my skin allergies. It breathes and has never clogged my pores. Foundation goes on much better. And their color correction definitely comes through. I am especially in love with the long wear. It’s to me pretty equivalent to Urban Decay. And I hope they always make this.

It was an alright primer. It didn’t prolong the wear time of my makeup at all, but it wasn’t drying or sticky IMO as other reviews said. It just didn’t do very much of anything for me

My actual review for this is 3.5 lippies. This primer looks, feels, and smells like peach colored glue that spreads to clear on the face. It is very tacky, which is probably what helps make foundation last longer. With certain foundations this did extend the wear as long as there was no touching or sweating involved. It isn’t a miracle product, and I can’t say that this would be very nice on oily skin, but normal and combo skin could probably make it work pretty well.

I have very oily skin. The kind of skin that my foundation falls off my nose after an hour. This primer is the first one I have used that actually keeps my makeup my skin for more than 2 hours. I put it on at 6:45 this morning, and it’s 4:45 and my makeup still looks on point. This works better than any high end primer I have used.
The packaging is pretty basic, but that works to its advantage because it means you can use the whole product up. It is very easy to find at Walmart and Walgreens, and I can get it for $8 or less.

I usually love this brand of makeup but this primer was a no no. I only used it once…My skin felt too sticky and tight. It was hard to blend my makeup and i felt like i had a mask on… Ill give it a try again and mix it with another primer like someone suggested.

I have this primer and setting spray and I love it! I use it everyday and it keeps my makeup on all day, even through sweating at school, a little goes a long way, I use a small drop on my whole face and another drop on my eyes as eye shadow primer as well, I recommend it to all my friends and I think it is amazing(:

A quick review on this product. The packaging and price were good but the actual product was not good not even okay. I tried it once and returned it because it did not live up to the claims of helping my makeup last longer . I prefer the Rimmel stay matte primer yes the Rimmel primer is a few dollars more but the Rimmel primer actually works and helps my makeup last longer and I have combination/oily skin.
I honestly would not recommend this product at all.

Ugh…. I really was disappointed by this stuff. I usually use the Sheer Envy Ultra Light Primer by Hard Candy, I absolutely LOVE that stuff. Makes my face super soft and keeps my makeup looking FLAWLESS for hours. I tried this though because at the time they ran out of the other type. I wouldn’t say I hate it, I’ll use it as a backup if I ever run out of my other primers, but I would NOT say this is long wearing. I have combination/oily skin and within an hour or two this stuff will make my foundation slip right off my nose. At first I thought maybe it was my foundation and not this product, but once I repurchased my regular primer I noticed I didn’t have a problem with it moving around. So this stuff was definitely the culprit. Also, this stuff does not have that silicone feeling like the Sheer Envy Ultra Light Primer does, which I am such a fan of. The consistency of this is quite thick, and in my opinion hard to blend out on the face. I also didn’t like the fact that with this stuff the directions tell you to IMMEDIATELY apply your foundation after applying this product.
