Lotus Begin is from Spring 2014 City Flourish Collection. It’s a pale lavender, cream polish.

I don’t like the colour on me, it gives me lobster hands. I loved it in the bottle, but on my nails it’s too chalky and far too girly.

The formula leaves a lot to be desired too. This polish is not self levelling, so I needed 3 coats to get decent coverage. At the end of day 1 I was debating whether I should stamp over this polish or take it off altogether and having spotted a chip on my thumb I went with the latter. I will try this polish on my toes (just in case), but it will most likely end up thrown away….soon.

So, if you don’t mind 3 coater polishes and if you are looking for something girly for the spring-summer months, give it a go. Otherwise, stay away.
