I love this stuff. I purchased a sample from clementinefields.ca and subsequently bought the full size. I’m sensitive with redness and also acne prone, and I haven’t had any issues. In fact, I find it very soothing and calms my redness. I use it mainly at night after applying my serum, and I wake up with baby soft skin! I only need a small amount to cover my whole face, including under my eyes. I don’t find it greasy at all. So glad to have found this!!!

This moisturizer was just too oily and greasy for my face. I don’t have very oily skin. It’s more in-between (slightly oily with some drier parts). I wanted to try The Putty because it was made for dry, red and irritated skin. I have some drier parts, redness and acne inflammation and I thought this moisturizer would work for my skin. However it didn’t which is why I’m really disappointed as I had high hope for it.
This product is moisturizing but left my skin with an oily layer that didn’t absorb properly. It was a little bit suffocating/heavy. I also reacted to something in this product as my face was starting to itch and turning red. I had to wash it off after a few minutes. I believe my skin is too sensitive and maybe a little bit too oily for The Putty. There was no problem when using it on the body though.
I would recommend The Putty if you have very dry and non-sensitive skin. If you have combination skin with drier parts it might be okay if your skin is non-sensitive. I would suggest using it on the drier parts only.
