This is a fabulous mask. I think it is my favourite mask to date that is a non-clay mask, but that still does equally great a job at getting rid of impurities, acne and dead skin. The first time I tried this mask, I panicked so much and washed off after 5 minutes because my face was that red. This is totally normal! in fact, over time your skin gets used to it and you can leave it on longer and longer. I highly recommend this mask, it works fantastic for hormonal acne. Gives your skin a sunburnt look for a couple hours, so I recommend doing this in the evening before bed (I apply Waxelene- best heavy bedtime moisturizer EVER). Apply a heavy moisturizer over top to add moisture back into your skin. You’ll wake up with glow, dewy skin and I find my overall skin’s texture and quality is much improved the day after use. Your pores are almost non-existent the next day, acne goes away, and red spots lighten drastically. Despite the price I will absolutely repurchase (I’m on my second already). 1-2x a week is perfect, and doing this will stretch the product for a couple months. Get it!
