I’ve only used one Lime mask so far, but it’s overall a pretty meh item.
Everyone always talks about how nice Innisfree masks smell, but they honestly smell pretty generic. This one, and I’m not joking here, smells like a KFC wet wipe. I was honestly sitting there wondering if it wasn’t just a face-shaped KFC wet wipe on my face. It even lathered like one.
I didn’t really see any difference in my skin after using the Lime mask at all. My skin was no brighter or clearer.
And am I the only one who find that Innisfree masks are soapy? Like they foam up? Regardless which mask I try, rubbing the leftover goo into my skin always results in a white foam lather.

Innisfree’s sheet masks don’t fit my face very well but the sheets are made of good material and the essences are usually quite nice. The essence in this lime mask was thin and had light and pleasant scent. The mask stayed moist for more than 30 minutes and after removing the mask my skin looked brighter and plumper. It doesn’t hold a candle to Innisfree’s Shea mask but it’s still very nice.

My skin has been freaking out lately due to stress, lack of sleep and poor eating habits. I’ve finally decided to get into the Korean sheetmask bandwagon and I decided to buy several variants from a few Korean brands in one go to try out. My method: I placed the package in the refrigerator for an hour before using it on my cleansed + toned face. The sheetmask fit perfectly on my face and is dripping with essence. I left it on for an hour until it dried, then let the remaining essence soak into my skin. The next day, most of my skin has considerably calmed down and more important, it didn’t break me out. I love the lime scent and how uplifting it is, as well as the moisture/brightening boost I’ve experienced, but this is not HG material. Perhaps after I go through the rest of my sheetmasks, I can try this again.
