I have adult eczema and it presents in different ways on my skin. I have red scaly patches on my elbows and on top of one foot, cracked/wrinkled skin on my finger tips, and extremely flaky/dry/itchy skin elsewhere. This has 2% Colloidal Oatmeal, vitamin E and aloe and is steroid free. For an OTC lotion this works better than some prescription formulas on dry / eczema skin.
