This is an excellent product and has made me trust Skinceuticals. I am a chronic sufferer of dry and chapped lips. Yes, it moisturizes the lips. But the ones with really dry lips may need a balm on top of it.
The real reason I like it so much is that it definitely plums the lips. In a couple of days, I was so surprised to realize that my lips are much more fuller. Will buy again.

This may be one of my favorite products from Skinceuticals. I use MANY of there products (I work with a plastic surgeon’s office). Many of their products require time to take effect. However, my lips are instantly moisturized after the use of the Lip Repair. I no longer go through days of severe dry lips that nothing can help (chapstick, petroleum, olive oil, etc, etc). This is immediate relief and moisture for the lips. Sometimes it stings when you put it on dry, chapped lips but you feel the product kicking it. I will never be without this during cold, dry winters.

This product is absolutely amazing…. It is easy to apply and absorbs quickly into my lips making them feel and look smooth and soft. Believe me, a little is all you need. In addition, it actually makes my lips look fuller. Almost 2x the size.. I was amazed at this because i stopped using it for a couple of days thinking that the bottle was empty and my husband notice a huge difference in my lips… Turns out that there was a lot (almost 1mt supply) left at the bottom but the only way I found this out was unscrewing the metal portion of the container.. So ladies, don’t throw away without checking. I would definitely buy this again. I am truly amazed at how active the ingredients are in this product.
