Packaging is fairly good. Extremely small and also traveling friendly.
Uniformity is fairly thick and also dark yellowish, quite oily on the face. So it is quite alright for my dry winter season skin. One pump is great enough for each use.
However, after couple of months of using this, i am still quite on a fence on this set. It not did anything on night out my complexion. rather meh. Will not bought.

This is a wonderful product, however I’m unsure how much of a difference it made to my skin. In justness, it’s implied to be for wrinkles, and also I do not have many creases yet. But I was wishing it would certainly assist with various other skin issues (specifically night out my complexion and fading marks), as well as it really did not really. It did make my skin really feel firmer/plumper and much better hydrated, nevertheless. Which’s not nothing. It’s a very silicone-y product, which implies it spreads out quickly however likewise really feels a little bit oily. I used up my bottle and might give this item another chance down the line. This price $42 USD for 1.0 fl oz, which is a little high however still affordable within the room. And also you can often obtain it less costly thanks to Paula’s Option’s exceptional sales.

I love this. If I could, I would certainly shower in it, but the finish is also oily for that, which would certainly be hella costly.
I got a few samples of this and also considering that I use a retinoid every other day for acne monitoring, every 2nd night I have actually utilized this lotion in addition to PC 2% BHA covered with Vanicream light.
I awaken to stunning skin, it doesn’t break me out (I have oily, acne prone skin), it’s fragrance cost-free, it has anti irritants, squalane, Vitamin E and also oat bit oil; which I have actually never ever before put on my face. I can additionally use this around my eyes withouth irritability, a little miracle.
Am I mosting likely to get the complete size? Yes. I’m not bothered by the oily finish. Its not unpleasant, and i utilize it during the night, so its penalty. Hopefully it helps my turkey neck. I bet at the bare minimum it will certainly make it feel smoother.
Anyway, I’m very pleased with this air limited packaged Retinol product. And also I wish to point out that everybody needs to bear in mind that all retinoids, retinols, Retin a, exfoliants, etc will frequently trigger removing of already clogged pores. It will certainly appear like you are getting outbreaks from these items, yet they are simply pushing whatever out.

This is a nice serum, but I’m not sure how much of a difference it made to my skin. In fairness, it’s meant to be for wrinkles, and I don’t have many wrinkles yet. But I was hoping it would help with other skin concerns (namely evening out my skin tone and fading scars), and it didn’t really. It did make my skin feel firmer/plumper and better hydrated, however. And that’s not nothing. It’s a very silicone-y serum, which means it spreads easily but also feels a bit greasy. I used up my bottle and may give this product another chance down the line. This cost $42 USD for 1.0 fl oz, which is a little steep but still competitive within the space. And you can frequently get it cheaper thanks to Paula’s Choice’s excellent sales.

I love this. If I could, I would bathe in it, but the finish is too oily for that, and that would be hella expensive.

Am I going to buy the full size? Yes. I’m not bothered by the oily finish. Its not uncomfortable, and i use it at night, so its fine. Hopefully it helps my turkey neck. I bet at the bare minimum it will make it feel smoother.

NOT FOR ALL SKIN TYPES like the say. I would say its not for combination to oily skin. Its extremely greasy. Caused me break outs. But probably a good option for normal to dry. They should change the skin type recommendation.

Since I’m getting to be that age where I can see wrinkles forming, I thought it’s time I tried a retinol product that’s stronger than the Paula’s Choice body lotion with retinol (I use that on my face with great results, thanks MUA!) I didn’t think I would like this at first, as it comes out incredibly greasy. It’s like putting a layer of oil on your face and that usually spells trouble aka zits for me. But much to my surprise, my face didn’t break out. In fact, I think it reduced the amount of acne I was getting.
And best of all, this product gave me plump and soft looking skin. I can actually see the difference when I use it judiciously every night – my skin has never looked this good. I can even use the lightest coverage foundation and my skin looks flawless, it’s ridiculous. Worth every cent.

I have repurchased twice in the past, but I am currently experimenting with using Resist body (a light cream) and resist clinical 1% and I do not think I will go back to this product for reasons of its texture. This has a distinct silicone slip and is reasonably well suited to mature skin that tends to be on the dry side (fine for me in the winter, but too heavy now). If you are normal or oily, you might find this too heavy and rich. (My current purpose in using OTC retinols is for improved skin texture, so I may be more tolerant of heavy product than someone who is mainly concerned with blemishes).
If you are not accustomed to retinol products, I advise going slowly and perhaps starting with samples. Although PC instructions encourage layering of different products, I prefer not to do so. I find it’s better to just rotate throughout the week. In general, I only use retinoids at night. PC prices are increasing, but I do find the PC line of products, particularly the BHA and AHA, give good value in terms of performance. In general, I do prefer PC BHA and AHA products to the PC retinols, but I obviously use all three categories. Re packaging, PC pumps tend to be flimsy.
Note: even OTC retinols might cause some people to purge. Going very slowly into using a new product may limit this possibility. If not, you may want to use BHA or AHA (separately from retinol) to treat. Edit: I also am prone to hives ( these products do not cause hives, but I do not use them when I am hive ridden) and milia ( spot treatment with retinoids seem to help along with occasional professional dermatological extraction). I use much less product than the recommended pea sized amount; only on select areas; and, at most a few times a week or as needed (occasional use).

This is food for my skin! Fells a little oily at the beggining, but it blends in really nice and usually I don’t feel the need for moisturiser on top. Light and nourishing at the same time. I sometimes use it 15 mins after chimically exfolianting. Retinol concentration: 0,1%. The only retinol product I can even use on my eyelids.

I’ve tried this a couple of times and it doesn’t work for me. The texture – it’s incredibly greasy. My skin felt suffocated. Definitely order a sample first.

Tried the sample of this. It’s of a somewhat yellowish oil like serum. Feels a little oily when applied but i personally like it. After application at night my face feels very smooth, my pores seem to have shrunk a little and my face seem to be more radiant the next morning. Because it feels kind of oily, i would recommend using this at night. It does stink my face as much as paulaschoice 1% retinol treatment does so its a good serum to alternate with the 1% retinol treatment.
I got mine from Paula’s Choice Australia. If you are interested, you can get AUD 15 off your first purchase using the link below:
