I use this as a primer, it works amazingly for that…. It makes my skin especially soft but like velvety and has a mattifying effect. My foundation applies really nicely with this under it and wears longer so I can definitely tell the difference when I don’t wear it. It also smells really nice, kind of a citrus scent. I’ve repurchased this several times and will continue. Very reasonable price too.

This product contains a lot of high-end ingredients at a very low price. I notice my skin brightening and evening out with use. The serum does have retinol among other things, so I only use it at night (every other night for me). I think this would also be a bit greasy for daytime use, at least for me. I wish the packaging was opaque to maintain the integrity of the vitamins and other antioxidants; I store it in a dark place for this reason. I think this product is a steal and worth a try!

First ingredient is silicone. Sampled today, doesn’t really absorb into skin, leaves it feeling too slick.

Love this product! FYI, I am 47 with dry to normal skin and am using during the dry, cold months of the year. It automatically makes my skin feel smooth and silky when I apply it. I do need to use a moisturizer on top of it–at night or during the day. Acts like a primer/serum. I give it a five just for the fantastic feel on my face! Has great ingredients, a great smell, and the awesome price plus quality of Trader Joe’s. This is one that I hope they keep making long-term. Not sure if I will use when hot and humid. Have to see how it applies and feels then.

I have a love-hate relationship with this serum. I’ve bought it twice now, and I do genuinely think it is a good product, but as someone with rather dry skin, it just doesn’t do what I would want a serum to do. First off, I was expecting it to absorb into my skin, but it really just sits on top even if I spend minutes rubbing it in. Second, I’ve found out that because it’s a weird, jelly-like consistency that it doesn’t exactly get rid of dryness; it just makes your skin FEEL less dry. It’s not like a cream that actually soaks into your skin and gets rid of the dry, tight feeling. However, I do like this serum for the antioxidants and healthy components that a lot of serums lack. If this serum was a cream and less of a gel, I would have no doubts about it at all.

LOVE THIS SERUM!! My skin feels like silk after applying and I’ve noticed my skin has become renewed looking, less splotchy and my pigmentation has evened out. It is like a small miracle in a bottle!! I purchased several bottle to give to friends I was so impressed.

Well, I’ll start by saying I’m pretty sure this broke me out. The ingredient list looks good, in theory, so I’m not sure of the culprit. The consistency is a little tacky though.

This is my least favorite in the nourish line of products. I have been using it for a few months, and it doesn’t seem to provide much benefit. I do like the orange scent however, but I won’t bother buying again.

This is the clear gel serum that has microbeads in it (not the antioxidant moisturizer which is white). I’m a huge fan of the white antioxidant moisturizer so I tried this serum as well for extra benefits during my night routine. This gel did not absorb into my skin, and after a while you can actually rub off the serum in little gel-like flakes. Unfortunately this made my skin dry and patchy. Their antioxidant moisturizer is WAY better and really helps clearing my skin and helps control my oil.

I tried this serum strictly out of curiosity one day on a grocery shopping trip, so you could say it was an impulse buy. However, it is one I am super glad I made! First of all this stuff is loaded with amazing things for your skin. I could give you a list, but who has time? just know a serum packed with all the ingredients this one has would cost you big bucks, while this one is super reasonable. I use it after I wash my face and let it sit a second before I add my moisturizer. (This is usually when I brush my teeth because I find two minutes to be the perfect amount of time between the serum and the moisturizer.) Afterward my skin is left feeling so much softer than if I had just used a moisturizer. in fact, its so soft its hard for me to stop touching my face. This one is a keeper for sure.
