This was limited edition from 2014. This is a very unique highlight. I’ve never found a shade like it. It’s a white silver gold. Some people called it robot cheeks when it came out, but on me, someone who doesn’t like yellow in my highlighter, it’s a great gold. On fair skin it doesn’t look roboty at all. It’s firmly packed, easy to apply. Sleek Chanel packaging which is okay-I wish it felt more solid, heavier. It is veeeeery expensive. I’m not sure it’s worth the price but I’m glad I have it. I wouldn’t pay eBay prices and I bet money one of the new Makeup Geek highlighters is similar (I was thinking of Lit specifically).
Edit: dupe alert. I haven’t actually swatched it yet but I’m eyeballing the new MAC highlighter in Double-Gleam. Silver beige? Sounds very very promising! I’ll update when I try it out.
12/21/16 so MAC Double-Gleam is very very similar. Less yellow. I actually prefer the MAC. It’s sooooo pretty.
