Literally the worst shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used! I used the Almond and Argan Oil type. All was fine in the shower, nice foam, good conditioning …but it was almost impossible to comb through my hair after towel drying. And after blow drying, it was literally stiff! My hair felt like straw! I used a straightener on my fringe and my hair stuck out like a flipping shingle! I can’t believe Garnier let such a terrible and ineffective product like this be released. I am actually going to throw them out.

This is by far the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever experienced. Garnier should be embarrassed of this product. I bought the almond and argon shampoo and conditioner for my 8 year old daughter because she liked the smell, I used it once and it made her hair feel horrible. I can’t even describe how tangly, dried out, dull, even straw like it made her hair feel. Please, never use this shampoo on your hair. Don’t waste your money. I understand that it is a cheap drugstore shampoo/conditioner but I would not expect anything short of laundry detergent to damage someone’s hair this way in just one shampoo. This product needs some serious fixing by Garnier and should be pulled from stores entirely until they are able to do so. -This is the Almond and Argon blend, not sure how the other ones stack up. Certainly won’t try them to find out.

I picked up the blue bottle ( coconut water &vanilla milk) as it was on sale. It smells so good and makes my hair really soft but that’s all that is good about this shampoo. I noticed that my hair looked good one day after washing but would get frizzy and dry afterwards. I have straight hair naturally so this is super strange to me. Also, every time I used this, I would get a pimple that turned into a small itchy rash on my shoulder. I’d stay away from this brand.

So there’s a facebook group for the long gone Faberge Organics Wheat Germ Oil & Honey shampoo and conditioner, popular in the 80s, but dwindled off sometime in the 90s. Someone on there mentioned the Chamomile Honey is similar (*not* to be confused with Honey Treasures, which has a strong, sickly sweet, artificial honey scent, which Wheat Germ Oil & Honey did not have). I do find the scent of this Chamomile one to be similar; almost grassy/ hay-ish and herbal, but this one is much stronger on the chamomile. If you like the smell of chamomile tea, you will sort of get the idea of what this smells like.
Now as a shampoo and conditioner, these are just so so. My hair is fine and wavy, and I find this combo makes my hair sort of flat yet dry, with surface frizz. I also get more shedding than usual on the days that I use this, I think something in this irritates my scalp. I basically like these for the scent alone. The scent does stay in the hair.
In the US, it’s a Walmart exclusive, and only certain Walmarts carry it. You can find which ones by doing a product search on their website.

I used the range for dry and damaged hair. I found the shampoo was overly harsh and left my hair feeling hard. The conditioner similarity did nothing to soften my hair. This product is very economical, but it did not suit my brittle hair. I will not reuse.

The Olive Oil Line of these was rec’d by Dr. Oz so dumb me I went out & got the shampoo/conditioner & the first time I used it it was great then I used it as cowash & my hair was yucky after & it took like, a month to get Normal w sulfate shampoos. It smelled good, it’s cheap those are it’s 2 big pro’s & the big con is the product it leaves your hair gummy, coated, & weighed down. :-/ I would not rec’d this. I will not rebuy!!

The conditioners for me don’t necessarily make my super damaged dry hair magically better, the are very average drugstore conditioners in terms of performance.
However , I will continue to repurchase them because Omg they smell amazing. The maple one makes your hair smell so sweet and gourmand. The Shea avocado one smells like vanilla. And the smell stays in your hair for days which is amazing if you only wash your hair 2/3 times a week like me.

I tried the coconut water and vanilla milk conditioner. It is marketed as a hydrating conditioner and it was pretty hydrating. Nothing special but not horrible. It is a thicker conditioner so I needed much more of the product even though my hair is short and thin. The thing i hated about this product was the packaging. It is one of those super hard bottles that are hard to squeeze. Not sure why they needed this type of thick plastic but I don’t really want to spend my shower time turning into the hulk

My hair loves honey. I keep coming back to this. Bsl highlights blonde hair. I’ll keep buying even though not really a fan of smell but that’s what my Chanel hair mist is for. If you’re not a product junkie this is a good basic poo and condition.
Jan 2019 I keep coming back to this product, it’s cheap my hair behaves when I use it Lately with a few hot rollers one of my co-workers told me I could be a Pantene model. That was third day hair! My method wash condition blow dry 90% dry hot rollers until rollers are completely cold. Fat comb out Texas big hair, sleep on hair. Monday nice waves and body. No hair spray or others products washing once a week, pony tail or half up on Friday. Works for this old lady! Fat comb in am, scalp massage in evening, with little brush use and I have very thick highlighted hair. For winter before blow drying I may add a bit of oil to scalp to prevent winter hat itches.
April 2019 As much as I hate to admit it still using this, I stand in the stores and look at all the other high price stuff I have tried over the years and keep buying Honey Treasures. I have strayed to samples from the salons ( or hotels) and don’t find then to work as well as this product. It’s cheap easy to find and it works for me. The few coworkers I have told I only wash my hair once a week are amazed it looks so nice. I tell them stop applying a bunch of extra chemical products to their hair to try to get back to basic healthy hair – there is the catch my hair is long and very healthy. I don’t use hair spray, gels or other silicone treatments, I use hair oils prior to blow drying to protect my hair and this shampoo conditioner.
