For the record, I do not have a sensitive scalp. That said, I have found this to be a good, moisturizing conditioner, that I think many people will like, even if they don’t require products for sensitive scalp. I have come across some other sensitive scalp products in my travels through various shampoos and conditioners, and have found most of what I have tried to be sub-par. This conditioner works as well as any other standard conditioner. I didn’t have to use more than usual to make it effective. This conditioner has a soft scent, a typical milk and oats scent. I’d prefer a fresher or fruitier scent, but that is personal preference, and I think most people will enjoy the scent of this.

This is possibly the worst hair conditioner I have ever tried. My hair felt like dried out hay after using this. Even using my most moisturizing after-shower products, it looked frizzy and dry and felt like I hadn’t used conditioner in a week.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Like its shampoo counterpart, this stuff is amazing but has way too much fragrance for me. It’s a light, pleasant fragrance, but it’s just too strong, too lasting (18 hours later it’s still going strong!).
It’s a crying shame because this stuff works so well. It’s a soft, delicate conditioner that spreads over your hair nicely and rinses out completely. It’s just softness for miles. I just can’t get past the perfume. As I said in the shampoo review, if they bring it out in a fragrance free version, I am all over it.
