In the last 3 months I have been working going from dark brown to platinum blonde and have succeeded. 🙂 I have used quite a few different lighteners, and this one by far is the best I have used. I used this creme lightener with only 20 vol ion sensitive scalp developer and it got my very dark roots all the way up to light yellow in 45 minutes. Compared to an hour plus to get to ginger with 3 other powder lighteners. It was amazing and I plan on using this bleach for every root touch up from now on.

Simply put, a fantastic bleach! It has coconut oil and is pleasant smelling and gentle. It works quickly to lighten and it seems to do less damage than other lighteners I’ve used in the past. This can be purchased at Sally’s where they also offer a powder version. I prefer oil bleach. It is reasonably priced and comes with enough for 3 or maybe 4 applications for my chin length bob. I still use Wella toners, but Ion is an all around great product line.
