I love this stuff because it has argan oil and an amazing cherry blossom scent to go along with it. If you’re the type who doesn’t like flowery smells then this probably isn’t the product for you, but if you’re like me and love flowery scents that are natural and smell pretty, give this stuff a try. I haven’t colored my hair in a while because I’ve been going all natural with my hair and letting it grow out so I can’t tell if it prevents color from fading but it does leave it with a glossy finish so I’m assuming that is where the protective part comes in and keeps the sun, etc. from fading your color. I’ll be adding some color this summer so it’ll give me a chance to test out the anti-fade part, but in the meantime I use it for the protection, scent, and glossy finish. I have been in love with argan oil for my hair and skin for the past two years and this is a great addition to my collection, I’d recommend it if you like argan oil and it’s properties and flowery scents in your hair. You can use it wet or dry, so I use it after I shower and also once later in the day to refresh.

This stuff is so easy to use and so effective for my frizzy, color treated, thick, and nearly always damaged hair. I *guess* it helps my hair retain color. I’m still not sure about that. The main selling point for me is that it makes it so manageable. The product is also so amazingly lightweight! I spray the stuff liberally, very liberally, all over my hair while my head is still wet. It makes my hair super soft and silky and easy to comb through! No tangles! Feels like silk!
It also smells fantastic. It smells vaguely of cherry blossoms and some other fragrance that are just DELICIOUS. You can’t spray too much. The smell almost completely dissipates anyway. Someone would have to be RIGHT in your hair to smell it.
My feelings are that if you’re the sort who has success with the Garnier smoothing serum in the orange bottle (the near famous argan oil stuff,) you’ll probably like this quite a bit. My impression is that this isn’t a popular brand, but if you get a chance to try it out, do so! Smells great, has a totally reasonable pricetag, and makes hair a dream to work with! (:
