Top Notes: Honeysuckle, Neroli, Peach Blossom.
Heart Notes: Vanilla Orchid, Cacao, Lily of the Valley.
Base Notes: Cedar, Benzoin, Sandalwood, Agarwood (Oud).
Truth or Dare Naked is designated as a “floral woody musk” on another website. I find it floral, quite fruity, and somewhat musky even though musk is not listed as one of its notes. However, I do not find it at all woody. I detect absolutely no cedar note, no oud note (although I am not familiar with oud), and no sandalwood note. Overall, I would describe ToD Naked as a fairly generic and quite sweet fruity-floral. I do like it. Initially, I did not like it as much as Truth or Dare, but after wearing it a few times, I came to like it more than Truth or Dare.
ToD Naked opens on my skin with soft but exceedingly sweet honeysuckle and peach blossom notes. I do not detect any neroli in the opening. The sweetness no doubt comes from the honeysuckle, peach blossom, and vanilla orchid notes. I really cannot pick out any of the other top, heart, or base notes in this fragrance except these three.
ToD Naked is a very linear scent on my skin. Is it possible that the heart and base notes are so well blended in ToD Naked that I am unable to tease them out of the overall fragrance? Possibly so, but I am skeptical this is the reason. On my skin, the honeysuckle, peach blossom, and vanilla orchid persist from the opening through the heart and into the deep dry down.
I purchased both Truth or Dare and ToD Naked blindly based both on reviews and on its very accessible price point. Both fragrances are relatively inexpensive and thus not especially risky to try. This is a nice fragrance to have in one’s collection for variety and for casual wear. Although I really do like it, I probably will not replace it once it is used up. The same is true of Truth or Dare. Neither one is very special, but I do not regret purchasing them. Both are suitable for almost any venue, and both can be worn year round.

A favorite bottle of mine is Prada Infusion d’Iris. This bottle isn’t one I necessarily like, but it’s very lovely for those who seek a more ornate appearance. I was quite impressed how much I LIKED looking at it. It’s appearance isn’t cheap like photos make it look.
I marked that I wouldn’t buy it again ONLY because it’s not my regular genre and I’ll probably never use up what I have. Also, one light spray is more than enough to last at least twelve hours. I get huge longevity from this and Alfred Sung. If you even hug someone with one of these pretty scents, you will also wear it for a bit. There are some that find a problem with longevity as everyone is different. But I find most will agree it’s persistent!
The price I paid is 8.00 for 2.5 ounces. A more than fair price! This has been compared to Obsession, Tabu, and Youth Dew. I agree it’s that genre but I don’t like those three at all. I’m loving this! I read a review that stated they smelled root beer in this and Youth Dew…..and maybe Tabu? Not sure on that one. But I find no root beer or ANY thing redeeming in those two. I do smell the root beer in this! Bath and Body Works has Cashmere Glow that I smell root beer in also. I like both, Naked and Cashmere Glow, granted Cashmere Glow is a much softer scent than this is.
The enjoyment of this scent…..I find it very special. I don’t think it’s really a blue jeans and T type of scent. Myself, I’ll wear it whenever I want. To classify this, I would have choose evening and special events.
This is a really strong scent as I’ve mentioned, and it seems to be very heavy as if it had a lot of vanilla. Vanilla to my nose, is so “stuffy” and makes it hard to breath. I tolerate this very well. Does it have vanilla in there somewhere? It acts like it does, but I can still breath!
This a scent I believe any person that likes heavy scents will LOVE….most often. I have found even I myself like it a lot! I suggest you try this no matter who you are. Spray it on your arm. Spray it on a tissue. Smell the tissue the next day after you’ve showered. I think you will be surprised. I’ve been dragging this tissue around for two days and I can STILL smell it just sitting on a table next to me. It’s what I would want to smell like on certain days. What a joy ride this scent has turned out to be. A very good quality, long lasting, rich and exotic scented gift to yourself or others.
If this scent isn’t you….it’s certainly not ME…. do try because it might be you on certain days. I look forward to the days it will be me.

I love wearing Truth Or Dare Naked by Madonna. I don’t compare it to Truth Or Dare, her first release, so I’m not disappointed in any way. It’s composition is entirely different.
It’s rich in its’ feeling, thick and balmy. It has an ample balsamic presence that borders on sweet, earthy and quite seductive. The benzoin is syrupy but not sticky or resinous. There’s a nuttiness that mixes in against a backdrop of faint woods courtesy of the oud to give Naked a strong spicy Mediterranean feel. Honeysuckle offers a delightful warm, fruity-filled, honey compote in the initial offering that’s wrapped in delightful spices. The oud is balanced with the combination of other notes and is blended well and doesn’t stand out alone.
I’ve worn this floral woody musk mostly in the colder and cooler weather because it is strong and could be rather cloying in the summer heat. Naked lasts for hours for me and I’ve received many compliments while wearing it. This is a rare bottle in my stash of perfumes that is already 1/2 empty because I enjoy wearing it often.

Wow, I so don’t get the experience any of these other reviewers to and they all have different experiences with Truth or Dare Naked. I do agree that it has an ozone/exhaust note similar to Venezia, but rather than suggest an Italian scooter scene (think Roman Holiday and Audry Hepburn), it is more of an artificial perfumer’s note. Mostly what I get is coconut, tropical flowers and weird, synthetic perfume note. It’s okay and I actually even kind of like it, but it’s not really a good perfume. It smells like chemicals and things used to scent makeup and soaps. Still, it’s feminine for all of that, like a brash woman who wears too much loud perfume but who is still the center of attention as soon as she enters a room. Not my personality, but still an interesting scent. My husband is gonna hate it.

This is a lovely warm skin scent. Slightly foody, slightly woody, very warm and quite sexy without being overpowering. I have ticked no to repurchasing it because it has very little staying power on me. I get the occasional whiff wafting up from my wrists as I walk around but that’s about it. My skin eats some perfumes and this seems to be one of them. Don’t compare this to the original, they are nothing alike. Pricewise, in Australia Priceline and some of the discount chemists regularly have the 100ml bottle on sale for $20 or $30. Don’t EVER buy it full price, you will always find it on sale somewhere. For instance right now May 2014 it is on sale at Priceline for $26.

Bought this without smelling it first which is usually a bad idea. I don’t care for the original Truth or Dare as I’m not a big floral fan but after reading the notes, I figured I would try this version. I LOVE IT! It smells almost exactly like my HG, Venezia by Laura Biagiotti. It’s just different enough that I can tell the difference. I need to stock up on this while it’s still available.

This scent is yummy. It’s like a vanilla amber scent. It’s comforting. It’s a winter scent unlike the original TOD which is more of a summer scent

I tried this scent today and Iiked it a lot. To me it smells like a softer, sweeter version of Le Classique by Jean Paul Gaultier. It is very warm ambery woody fragrance (though no amber listed). It has medium lasting power and projection. If you like Obession, JPG Le Classique and those types of ambery scents, I’d definitely give this a try. This is nothing like the original Truth or Dare (opaque white bottle), which is a white floral /tuberose scent.
Top notes: honeysuckle, peach blossom, neroli
Heart: vanilla orchid, cocoa flower, lily of the valley
