   Double Dare is the first KVD liquid lipstick that I have tried and I am impressed! Double Dare is a warm pinky-mauve shade. In the tube it looks more warm toned and peachy. It does dry down a shade darker than it looks in the tube, and I would describe it as a deep rosy shade. As it dries down darker, I would recommend trying it on before purchasing it so you can see if you like the shade it becomes on your lips. The formula is great, thin and weightless but very pigmented. One coat is enough. It lasts all day, even through eating, without needing a touch up. It doesn’t bleed or flake off. Overall I am very happy with this lipstick and will definitely pick up some other shades from the line.

   I like the formula and lasting power of these but I’m not too into the shade double dare. In pictures it looked more pinky red but in real life it’s a mauvey pink color. These don’t dry out my lips as much as the Huda ones.

   one of the best liquid lipsticks. how can you say no to it. so lighy and pigmented and so long lasting and doesn’t wipe off even if you’re eating your food. I’m using lolita foe almost over a year and it still give me the same result. ????????

   I’ve tried many KVD Everlasting lipsticks but this is the only one so far that I’ve repurchased. On my NC25 coloring its a warm, muted pinky shade that brightens my face up and looks good year round (I like more muted nude shades in the winter, and brighter shades in the summer). Also not all KVD lipsticks are created equal and this is one better ones in that the pigment is even, so even that I can put on a very thin layer of this with q-tip and create a stain for a more subtle look. Like all KVD lip colors it lasts about 4 hours on me because I have a bad habit of touching my lips when I’m working, if I didn’t do that they would probably last longer. They also don’t last through meals with any grease or oil but thats expected. They are drying, though not as bad as other liquid lipsticks so I treat with of Cerave Healing ointment or Vaseline between wearings and I’ve recently added MAC lip primer which I’m still testing but it seems to be helping with longevity and dryness, too.

   One of my favourites!! My go to daily lip colour, it’s a little more pinky hued than Lolita II and gives a softer more subtle look. Very demure and lovely on my warm toned Asian skin. Goes on lightweight and perfectly matte, stays on and doesn’t budge. Def a holy grail.

   Love the shade. I love my Bobbi Brown Luxe Lip Color in the shade Soft Berry, and I think KVD Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Double Dare is the perfect matte version of it. This one is a keeper. I’ve compared this to the other liquid lipsticks, this is the winner in my drawer. But I have to make sure that my lips are in best condition when I’m going to wear liquid lipstick. When I have a bad lip day, that is when my lips are “cracky” but I insist on wearing it, I’ll top the lipstick with my Vaseline Lip Therapy in Cocoa, et voila… I love how it stays and hydrates my lips all day even after meals and drinks. I think this one never disappoints me. But I’d argue if this liquid lipstick is kissproof, if you’re a sloppy kisser. Saliva of two persons and the rubs will rub the lipstick clean, lol. But not meals!

   I received a free miniature sample of Double Dare and I am completely in love with this shade. It’s neutral enough for day wear, but has enough color to wear night wear. Like all the other lipsticks in this line they last for hours and hold up well against food and drink. I wish the mini sizes were available for general sale, because I find the short applicator easier to use. That being said once I run out I am absolutely purchasing the full size.

   I really like this liquid lipstick. It has a really nice pinky-nude color to it that looks very light and pretty on my light brown skin, especially because it pops with the pinky coral against my yellow undertones. But I think this would look great on anyone.
   I have found a dupe, however in Wet’ N Wild Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipsticks in Give Me Mocha. The latter is slightly darker, but stays on longer than the Kat Von D.

    SHADE. This was the first shade from the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick formula I bought. This is the type of nudes I wear, because Bow and Arrow it’s too light for me and I find that my complexion needs a bit of color for it to look healthy. It’s a warm rose color with a hint of brown, but not too much to make it a 90’s lip. At least in my opinion. I used to wear it all the time, but since I discovered Lolita II I have been using that one.

    FORMULA. I have several Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks and they don’t last very long. Maybe it’s because I’m used to the lasting power of Sephora’s Cream Lip Stain or Smashbox’s Always On Liquid Lipstick, but I am always a little bit disappointed when I noticed these have fade after a meal or a big cup of coffee. Other than that, they are relatively comfortable and they reapply nicely.

    Some colors I find look similar, at least in the same color family, but in a much creamy hydrating formula, are Le Rouge’s Brun Creature (103) and Rose Dentelle (203) from Givenchy.
