This eyeshadow is very unusual. The formula is considered a cream (in late 2019 this Ricotta Cheese color is the only color available that is considered a “cream”).
But it is really like a transparent gel-to-powder that has delicate gold sparkle. The sparkles are not dense, so it’s not like a highlighter.
I have too much texture on my eyelids, but I could see this as a lovely subtle look on very smooth skin, maybe under the brow bone.
It’s so subtle and delicate.
