Solid cleansing milk, not a balm even thought they call it that. It is very calming to the skin with a light skincare fragrance which is not offensive or overpowering. I use this at night when I have not worn heavy duty makeup. Makes my skin feel baby soft. I remove it with a warm muslin cloth. Would repurchase.
Rated 5 out of 5 by DrPnik from Perfect color I bought this about a month ago for my very first lip tint I use on almost every body type, including 100% Korean.
Rated 5 out of 5 by NYRya from Great blend, moisturizer, came in an old bottle It keeps my skin so hydrating. My lips can stand it in half and I really feel safe buying one. Highly recommend!
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brizzi from Perfect color This product is my go to skincare face mask! It’s the same look, made of true true acne resistant oils and moisturizers that has been added to my makeup for years.

I’ve been using Boots No7 Age Defence Cleansing Balm for about 3-4 months now (pretty much once or twice everyday). I bought it to help lighten dark areas on my face and neck and, over time, to hopefully lighten my overall skin tone. When I use this, I pre-cleanse with a 2% acne cleanser or Alba Botanica’s Pineapple Enzyme Facial Cleanser (the closest non-drying and affordable things I can find to an AHA cleanser). I generally do not like cream cleansers (or any cleanser close to this consistency) because I like cleansers that produce a lather… I feel more clean!
The first time I bought this at Shoppers Drug Mart, it was on sale for about CDN $8-9. It’s also still a great price, even if it’s not on sale (about CDN $14-15). I’m not a fan of the packaging – the pump could be better since it can easily be knocked off and hard to put back on the bottle.
I’m on my third bottle now and I’m just hoping it will do something for my stubborn skin!

Have only been using for a few days, but so far, so good. Has a nice texture and scent. Finding the right cleanser has been a struggle (my most recent ones are Neutrogena and Cetaphil) because I don’t like to spend too much on something that I will be washing off. I love the Biotherm cleanser, but it costs over $30. This No7 cleanser was just $13 at SDM, so I am very pleased.

Gentle, but I didn’t find it to be skin brightening. I was expecting this to be more exfoliating than it turned out to be, but it’s definitely gentle. I think this would be an excellent cleanser for dry, sensitive skin.

I really like this stuff. It’s really soothing. I removed my makeup with a Pond’s cleansing cloth and then put about 3 squirts of this on my fingertips and massage it all over my face and neck, then I rinse with warm water. i makes my skin feel clean and soft and doesn’t dry or strip it. I had never really tried Boot’s products, I am impressed, I’ll be going back for more.

I love this cleanser! I have tried many expensive cleansers and this is by far the best. I suffer with combination, spot-prone and sensitive skin. Leaves me with a nice glow and calms redness. I have been using for approx 4 months. In the evening I remove with warm water and a wash cloth and the morning i just use a little and remove with a cotton pad. Highly recommend!

Have been using this product for two weeks and already see a difference in that my skin is more radiant and even toned, and fine lines and pores are less visible. I use this cleanser in the morning. It makes my face feel super soft and clean but not stripped at all. At night I use the Gentle Foaming Face Wash (also Boots No. 7). As someone with combination skin I was afraid it was going to either break me out or not clean well enough, but neither of those things has happened. Love the pump dispenser and the smell is very subtle. Will definitely buy again!

I am amazed by this cleanser. Not much of a fan of this product line, I picked it up because I got a £5 off voucher at the till, so I bought it for £3.50 thinking the AHA could be useful for KP on arms .but actually it is a GREAT cleanser, very easy to use, nice pump dispenser, 200ml, creamy, light and very nicely brightening. Really good buy! Cheap enough to also use on arms and other areas that benefit from gentle brightening.

Ok well I got this free as my husband does a lot of work for boots and manages to bring home lots of products! However saying that I would def buy this when I run out.
Generally I have been using cleansing wipes and then Avene Cleanace gel wash. I use this instead of my wipes and boy does the grime get removed! Even after I think its all clean, more dirt come off – amazing. Note: I rub this in and then spritz a cotton pad with Avene spray water to remove. You can just rinse it off in water though.
It is in a tall pump despenser, fairly classy looking. The consistancy is standard cleanser, a little on the runny side but perfect for me.
I didn’t expect a major difference or anything exciting to be honest – I actually thought it would aggrevate my acne. I was very wrong. My skin does look brighter and pores look a little bit less noticable. It contains AHAs so i’m guessing that is why it works. I have sensitive skin and I have not had any problems with this at all, my acne seems more controlled using this product. I will continue to use always!
Boots website list this for £8.50 but I really think it’s worth every penny.
