   This product smells like a dream and feels so nice and creamy on the face. However I have dry sensitive skin and this made my face feel tight and dried it out after one use. This might work better for oily/combination skin. My skin flared up and dried out straight away with this product.

   I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now…Very disappointed, it says “foaming cleanser” which I expect to foam when i mix it with a bit of water but it doesn’t foam at all. I found this to be misleading. I don’t like the smell either, it just doesn’t give me that clean feel after wash. Simply it is not for me.

   If you have sensitive skin and don’t wear much make up or like to double cleanse, this is ideal. It smells gorgeous and feels creamy. My skin feels good after use without any tightness. It doesn’t remove make-up though. The standard size of 100ml isn’t cheap but it’s almost as good as most of the other cleansers I love (Elemis, Alpha H, Gatineau). UPDATE: I spoke too soon. After a couple of weeks of use I realised it was blocking my pores and I started to get red patches.

   This is a gentle, non-foaming cleanser which doesn’t strip my dry, sensitive skin of moisture or irritate my eyes. It won’t take makeup off though so you will need a separate make-up remover. There is quite a strong floral fragrance. Since I prefer not to have to cleanse my skin twice, I probably won’t repurchase.

   I just had to write a review about this cleanser.

   I bought this one because I like the packaging and I’ve ran out of facial cleanser.
   I usually used Dr Lewinns facial cleanser and it is not in stock at that time.
   However, I was very disappointed with this cleaser.

   I have acne breakout after using this product. I continued on using this product because I’ve not realized what’s the cause for this sudden breakout. I tried on eating healthy food and drinking skin vitamin, and the acne won’t heal! Then I stopped using this product and changed into my usual cleanser. Within 3 days my face is back to normal, no acne.

   Maybe this product is just not suitable for my skin, but overall I’m still very disappointed.

   I use this lovely cleanser every morning in the shower. Although it says “foaming cleanser” it does not foam at all. It’s more like a thick cream.

   pros
   -Doesn’t cause any redness or allergies on my sensitive skin
   -Leaves my skin matte and not oily
   -Doesnt give you that “tight skin” feeling
   -No break outs

   cons
   – Barely removes any makeup at all (I have to use makeup remover at night)
   – I’m not fond of the smell (essential oil, natural kind of smell)
   – It left some patches of my skin quite dry, however I prefer this to oily

   Overall this is the best cleanser I’ve tried and the benefits outweigh the negatives.

   I bought a few of these last year, still trying to use them up, nice creamy cleanser, pleasant smell. It reminds me of using a cold cream to cleanse and I’m always a little suspicious that it doesn’t get all the dirt out. Would recommend for dry sensitive skin

   I have found my HG facial cleanser!! I love love love this cleanser and after having used every designer from Shu Uemura, Clinique, Bobby Brown, to over the counter like L’Oreal and Nutrogena, this proves to be THE BEST cleanser I’ve ever used.

   For all the reviews that says this cleanser doesn’t do a good job of make-up removing, well… this is not a make-up remover!! Nevermind what the direction on the packaging says, if you are a make-up wearer, you cannot expect a facial cleaner to get rid of your make-up in one wash. Period. What you do is first, you use make-up remover to wipe down your entire face (I use L’Oreal Gentle Eye and Lip Makeup Remover for my entire face), that should remove all the waterproof eyeliner, mascara, brow gel, blush, foundation, power, etc. THEN you wash your face with a cleanser.

   This cleanser leaves me with smooth, clean and soft skin. My skin usually needs moisturizer right after a wash or else it becomes dry and flaky, but I once by accident used this cleanser and did not apply any moisturizer, but it turned out that my skin was fine!!! Actually it was SOFT and Moisturized!!! The fact that it is not a FOAMY cleanswer, it to me is like a Foamless cleanser, it means the PH Balance is great for the face. Again with other reviews, you are not understanding that this is what it’s supposed to be, Foamless!! Just get your face damp and apply dry foam (don’t mix water in!) straight on to the face, and VOILA!

   After a period of using it, my face has become clearer and brighter. It leaves no traces of impurities. I noticed this comparing to using another cleanser and applying moisturizer afterwards. I used to feel that my moisturizer was a bit lumpy, then I tried Natio Facial Cleanser and the same moisturizer afterwards, now the moisturizer can be applied smoothly so I discovered that it is infact the cleanser that was leaving lumps on my face!!

   On top of the fresh, smooth and soft effect with my face brighter after several uses, the smell of this is awesome. The packaging is a good size which can be brought with you on the go and the price is reasonable. A 5 out of 5 for me!

   This cleanser works best for me if I don’t follow the instructions on the tube. I apply this on a dry face using dry hands and massage. It rinses of easily leaving me with a clean face. The smell is nice also.

    I really like this cleanser, the smell is beautiful (just like all my Natio products) and it’s perfect to use in the shower to cleanse the skin. If wearing heavy make-up I do use a make-up wipe first!
