I wish I could give 4.5 lippies, since this product isn’t perfect… but it IS very good, better than I initially thought.
Of course, make sure you pull the cap off and use the pump, don’t unscrew the pump. I agree that too much comes out at once, and one doesn’t want to waste the excess. So, I have a tiny glass jar (cleaned up Maybelline Tattoo jar), pump into that, and use from the jar. One pump is 2-3 applications for me. Close tightly between uses.
My skintone is fair, neutral-cool (NW15-20) and I got Dolce Vita. It goes on a bright/soft rose; I pat on with fingers. I always blend my makeup with a damp sponge. It is buildable, so apply less than you think you’ll need, or you might have a mess on your hands. It sets pretty quick, so blend while you can! As is desired with this type of product, it’s rather translucent, though not as staining or potentially patchy as gels. I don’t always use face powder and use this without it. My favorite highlighter with this is the elf Jelly in Cloud, a pinky champagne; both the color and the overall look complement one another.
UPDATE: I hadn’t used this for a month and the blush in the tiny pot thickened to a soft cream, but it worked just fine!

I originally got this in orgasm as they were sold out in the two others I wanted; torrid and dolce vita. I adore the formula but orgasm pulled way too pink on my nc35 olive skin, so I bought lustre and mix them together. The mixture looks exactly like the powder version of torrid, pinky peach with shimmer but gives a more ‘natural’ finish, as though it’s my own skin flush. Love this concoction.

I do not understand the hype. Very difficult to apply and make it look natural. Before you know it, there is too much product on the cheeks which makes it overdone. Also, the pump dispenser is a nightmare: be careful how you open the bottle, or you end up with blush all over the bathroom. I will stick to the bobbi brown pot rouge: handier to apply, lovely colors and also beautiful on lips.

My favorite blush. Got this in both ‘Torrid’ and ‘Dolce Vita’ as I just couldn’t resist! I love how shimmery and pigmented this liquid blush is yet not OTT either. Now I have to point out that I tend to get oily over the course of the day, but this blush stays on no matter what! I use just 1/4 of a pea sized amount on each cheek and I’m good to go.
The consistency of Nars Liquid Blush is somewhere between watery and gel-like which makes it very easy to apply – with a sponge, brush or with fingertips (I prefer finger tips). My only very slight issue is I only need the tiniest amount, yet no matter how lightly I press down on the pump I seem to end up with too much. Other than that I absolutely love this!

As the winter weather continued to dry out my skin , I turned to this liquid blush hoping to look fresh again , and not ‘ chalky ‘. I bought this in dolce vita and it is a beautiful blush. It’s extremely pigmented so seriously half a pump does both cheeks. This is great for product longevity , but a bit difficult to use. The consistency is gel like , but it does melt into the skin and cause a ‘ lit from within ‘ glow. Lasting power is good.
My only complaint is the packaging. Be careful with this bottle. Turn the lid by accident and you may turn the pump as well causing a major spillage. The pump also causes tiny bits in the end to dry out , which is a pain.
Love the blush and would rebuy , but really don’t like the packaging.

This is such nice liquid blush! Yes, it’s very pigmented, but you can easily control the pump and take the tiniest amount. I like the packaging a lot although it could be a bit less bulky but it’s fine for me, I like that the pump is controllable. I have the shade orgasm which I find to be very wearable for my nc10 skin when applied carefully, it’s easy to apply with fingers and blend with bb. I think it has decent longevity even if I don’t set it so overall I find it to be an easy everyday product for me. A bit pricey but it’s gonna last a long time since you need such tiny amount so I think it’s worth it.

These are the BEST liquid blushes I’ve ever tried. They are suuuuper intensely colored and you only need a drop for both cheeks. They can be blended out easily with fingers but I prefer the sponge (because they’re actually a bit TOO intense if you use fingers). The finish is dewy and super natural, like you’re glowing from within. I can’t get enough of this product and I’ve been using it daily for months.
Note on the packaging – I bought the blush back when there was no pump available for it and I hated the glass stick dropper. You can’t control how much comes out and you just have to wait for some product to drip on to your hand or your finger. That’s really the only con with this product.

I love this a lot. I’m NC25-30 and purchased Luster. It gives me a nice flushed look without looking too much. It doesn’t fade on me.
I have no problem with the pump. One pump is enough for both cheeks.

I’m NC10 with yellow undertones and I went for the luster shade which is by far the least intense one. Unlike a lot of reviewer I think you can control the amount pretty well with the pump I do a bit less than half a pump and that’s enough for both cheeks. This is a nice matte apricot shade. The staying power is great and it does melt into your foundation. I sometimes mix it with a bit of liquid highlighter or strobe cream for a sheer apricot glow. It applies well with a stippling brush but I find that fingers are best. This shade is matte but not flat and a bit muted. It also looks great under bronzer. If they weren’t so big I would probably get a second one, but I doubt I could ever finish this one before it goes bad.

I have a hard time getting blush to last even though I don’t really have oily skin so I wanted a liquid/cream blush to layer with my powder blushes. There doesn’t seem to be much selection here in Canada so this was one of my only options. I have this in Orgasm as well as the powder version, and I find the liquid packs way more of a punch. It’s incredibly pigmented and I find I have to pump the tiniest bit on to my fingertips and dab on to my cheeks otherwise it’s way too much. It applies really well over my foundation and powder without lifting anything underneath and I do find the color fades a bit after a few minutes to look more natural.
I think they could improve the packaging and pump, it’s very bulky and it’s just too pigmented. If it was toned down a bit it would be a lot easier to apply without worrying about overdoing it or wasting product. Because you need so little I think this will expire long before you’re able to use it all. They also could expand the shade range as right now there are only 4 shades available. At the end of the day this did not help keep my blush lasting all day so I won’t repurchase.
