High marks for packaging……low marks for performance!!!!!!!!!
What a waste of money!
This conditioner should be marked as a daily or light conditioner and this way, I’d say it’s fine BUT to claim this as a hair REPAIR conditioner is ridiculous!!! I liked the Oribe conditioner my colourist used in the sink so I grabbed this at the register….I guess I should have confirmed this was the particular one she used. I did not feel impressed at all. I love the gold lust serum but this is not deep enough conditioning for my dry hair.
I have to say though my hair is in good condition overall now due to the quality products that I use and frequent trims (but I do a lot of harsh lightening so I’m careful to take precious care of my delicate locks as we all do when spending a lot on color we want to get the most out of it )

My review is based on a sample, so I can’t speak to long term usage and will keep this short. The conditioner did leave my hair feeling fairly soft and looking smooth. However, it was so heavily perfumed that it gave me a headache. It smelled very strongly of men’s cologne/grandmotherly perfume to the point that it stunk. Would never purchase or use again because of the overpowering scent.

Absolute waste of money. This is no better than any of the other Oribe conditioners I’ve used (Signature, Brilliance & Shine, Moisture & Control). It is good enough but does not at all merit the price tag. If you must use Oribe conditioners (and I really believe this brand is at its best when it comes to styling products, not shampoos and conditioners and certainly not skincare), buy the Signature Conditioner.
Re packaging: absolutely terrible. The tube is incredibly badly designed and it is impossible to get out the bottom 1/6th of the bottle without literally taking scissors to the packaging and slicing it open.
Grade: C. Don’t recommend. Davines OI conditioner or Nounou conditioner, or Christophe Robin’s Prickly Pear Mask or Rahua’s Signature Conditioner are far better alternatives with better bang for your buck.

WOW…This conditioner is EXCELLENT!! It is really the best I have ever tried and possibly the best on the market. Makes my hair so incredibly soft and I find that I don’t even need my leave in conditioner or serums after I use this. My hair feels and looks so good after blow drying and ironing. I have tried alot of conditioners that are expensive like Pureology, Phyto, It’s a 10, Kiehls, Iden, Redken, and Matrix. None of them helped with my dry and parched ends until I tried Orbie, my ends look healthy and smooth and stays smooth even after flat ironing. I have been so happy and amazed! My hair is thin but I have alot of it. It’s also dry and a little damaged due to heat styling. You only need a small amount of conditioner and I feel like it provides balance to my hair and scalp. The price is the only drawback for most people, the liter size retails for $156 EACH!!!!!! I was able to find the liter size shampoo and conditioner on Ebay for about $65-75 each with free ship.

I have been eyeing this conditioner for some time. My salon carries it, uses it on their clients, and I love the scent. However as the price tag of $52 seemed outrageous to me. After finishing up my other leave in conditioners and regular conditioners I thought I’d finally give it a try. So worth it! If I add my it’s a 10 leave in along with other serums I use it totals up to the same but now I just buy one product. My natural hair color is black so it’s been bleached pale white many times to get that ash blonde, ash brown color. This conditioner does the trick. I made the mistake of using too much the first time. I usually put a handful for my mid length hair but after experimenting I only have to use a small amount, mix it with both hands and spread from root to ends. Normally I avoid my scalp with any conditioner but it doesn’t make my scalp/roots greasy. For me this conditioner is magic – I only use a tiny bit, I can use on my scalp to massage and keep it from flaking, I can go for 4 days without washing my hair and most of all my hair is soft, smooth, at times don’t even have to use curling iron to tame it. Try it out!

Another very high quality product with consistent and excellent results. Yes it’s crazy expensive but I found a professional size (extra large)bottle on Overstock for a great price. This and the matching shampoo are truly 5 lippies each and I love both. I try not to use every day because of the high cost and my fear it will “stop” working if used too frequently. Probably use the pair 2x per week each. My hair looks thick, shiny, and bright without using very much of the product. An excellent conditioner. One caveat: I don’t know if it’s the shampoo or conditioner that is making the biggest difference since I use them (Gold Lust) both together on the same days.

I never believe anyone when they say I only need a little bit of conditioner…until now. I love this stuff. It’s legit. You only need a small amount. My fine hair is as light as a feather after using this. Best conditioner I’ve ever tried. Yes it’s exspensive but a little goes a long way, so to me it’s worth it.

This is the first Oribe product I ever tried, and I am underwhelmed. I get much better results from much cheaper brands (i.e. Joico Intense Hydrator) than I got with this product, that doesn’t seem to do anything!
At 60 CAD, I expected miracles for my fine, massively highlighted hair that I heat style once a week. But after using it, my hair feels no different, not softer, healthier, shinier…nothing! And I tried leaving it on for 3 minutes, longer…nothing made a difference.
I do like the tube and the scent, but I’m never spending this kind of money again for something that doesn’t actually do something beneficial.
I will try and finish the tube, but….meh.

I have heavily-processed platinum blonde hair which will look like straw if I don’t use Oribe. Its the ONLY conditioner that works. Worth every penny if you want your over-processed hair to look decent. And a little goes a long way.

I wish this conditioner wasn’t so wonderful, because it’s ridiculously expensive. The ingredients don’t seem that special, and the shampoo is completely average. But this conditioner… a small amount makes my dry, frizzy hair smooth, soft and happy, even though I usually only leave it in for less than a minute. Comb-out is easier, it dries smoother and less frizzy, and it stays soft and shiny, and of course it smells divine. I also recommend the Gold Lust repair oil – it just makes such a difference in how my hair looks and feels.
