This is a really great product. At first I didn’t think it was doing much more than hair conditioner (yes, if you’re ever out of remover, hair conditioner is a pretty effective cuticle softener), but then I read a review about using a nail brush to scrub it off before actually pushing back the cuticles, so I tried it that way. Man, did my cuticles look fantastic! I barely feel the need to push them back now, the nail brush does most of the work.
I took off one lippy because it’s a bit difficult to control how much product comes out, which ends up being wasteful. Also, the “built-in” cuticle pusher is pretty clunky and useless, you’re better off using an orange stick.

Returned it because it did absolutely nothing for my cuticles…

This is the first cuticle remover cream I have used, and I think it works really well so far! I was looking for the Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover, but Walmart was out of stock, so I got this instead. The price is comparable to Sally Hansen.
This product has a thick consistency to it, so it stays put around your cuticle, rather than sliding onto your nail. This is a good quality to have in a cuticle remover cream, from what I have been told.
The first time I used this product, I followed the package directions, leaving it on my cuticles for 15 seconds and on calluses near the tips of my nails for 1 minute. However, more recently I have been using it on my cuticles for 1 minute and calluses for 3 minutes, which seems to work better for me. The product is very gentle and I did not experience any skin irritation from it, however, if you are using it for the first time, I would recommend you do not leave it on longer than package directions, just to see how your skin reacts to it.
After leaving a thick layer of cuticle remover cream on my cuticles for 1 minute, they are very easy to gently push back with a cuticle pusher, and I wash off the excess with soap and water. Great for softening calluses, too. Sometimes I still have a bit of extra cuticle afterwards that I need to use the cuticle nipper on, but overall, I am satisfied with the way this product softens my cuticles, makes them easy to remove, and gives me a professional-looking result for my at home manicures.
