I found this balm to be very thick in consistency even though it is geared toward combination to normal skin. It had good ingredients but it was packaged in a jar so the product was constantly exposed to air.

This product is to be used as a moisturizer at night. Most said it had a fragrance that was to much for them…welll it is hard to get used to but you will. I think this would be a good moisturizer for someone in their 40s or 50s. I got this in my 60s and I like it okay but needed something with more punch so gave the last half away to a friend. This is not for someone who has oily skin. It works well in the colder winter months. Don’t be discouraged by my review for if you are thinking of buying it please do. I loved it at first as it was my 3rd item I purchased from Skinn Cosmetics. But later I felt as the month got warmer that I needed something lighter and regifted this to a friend who loves it.

I bought a kit that included this product. I have been using it for a month. There are two versions of this night treatment, I am using the version that is made for “Wrinkle Balm for Normal to Combination skin”. Its a lavender scented cream that I have been using at night over my proactiv moisturizer. This gives me the enough hydration for my oily skin, and it doesnt break me out. I do notice though that the lavender scent can be overpowering on certain nights, especially when I’m tired, it actually makes my eyes tear up and my eyes are not sensitive. will I buy this again, probably not, I find that Avon Rejuvenate Night cream is very superior compared to this.
