This is probably the most expensive skincare product I have ever splurged on. I am a huge fan of SK-II serums and Weleda toners and oils, but I wanted to try a more natural serum. This was recommended to me by a sales person at the Japanese department store Daimaru, and because in the past they have steered me in the right direction when it comes to taking care of my skin, I`ve agreed to try it. This serum was an all natural Vitamin A and E rich serum that should only be used at night. It should be patted on and left to absorb for 5-10 minutes before applying other products. It smells very acidic, like HCl acid in the chem lab, but the smell dissipates after applying. I was worried that it would dry my skin, but that hasn`t happened. After 2 weeks of nightly use I`ve noticed that my fine lines that were beginning to appear on my forehead have kind of diminished, as the skin looks more stretched out somehow. It is pretty gentle on the face, more so than glycolic acid. It is quite expensive (120 bucks for 30ml) and so far I do not feel as impressed as with my SK-II skin repair C, which just erases years off my face. Because of this I am hesitant to repurchase. Had it been more reasonably priced I would be more likely to buy it again, but I do feel that at this price I want the Wow! results I get from SK-II. We shall see. I will continue using it and if I see more improvement I will update.
