I bought on a whim because I’ve never seen a product prices so cheap at Sephora! At $8, you cannot beat this. I’m going to buy one for my mom and friends.
I love the texture, it absorbs QUICKLY so apply fast. You also only have to use a little. I apply it like this: mix a few drops of it in my hand along with a few drops of my nightly oil and a squirt of my moisturizer=most dewy skin ever. My makeup applies like butter smooth. I wish the container were cuter (I’m sorry I’m an aesthetics wh*re) but it’s very effective for applying. I have only been using a week so I will definitely update when I finish the ounce bottle. So far I’m highly impressed and plan on buying the entire line.

I bought this and was so excited to use it – the packaging is sleek and attractive and the benefits of hyaluronic acid are well known. The price point is also great.
Unfortunately I absolutely cannot stand the texture and feel of this!! It is a clear gel and INCREDIBLY STICKY. It is like putting a gel cleanser on your face and leaving it to sink in. I also found that it made my skin feel very tight and “coated” with a sticky slick gel. I can only liken it to when I accidentally in the night put shower gel on my face thinking it was moisturiser – nightmare!
This may well be a personal preference thing but I find it really horrid. I also bought the nighttime treatment at the same time and the same problem occurred, Using less helps but its still uncomfortable.
It’s a shame but….had to review because it is not nice!

I’ve been trying out different HA serums and so far this is my winner. The Inkey serum contains 3 different size HA molecules–low and high–for better and deeper absorption (some other products like Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 contain just one size molecule). This serum is very lightweight and has a pleasing slippery texture that makes it easy to spread. However it absorbs quickly and leaves no residue, unlike The Ordinary HA serum which I found sticky and had a tendency to pill. So far I’ve noticed that my skin seems plumper and my lip line wrinkles have improved. I’ve experienced no clogged pores or other negative reactions. The key with using this or any HA serum is the “sandwich method”: Spritz your face with water or a facial mist before AND after applying. In fact I spray my face with La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water between every layer of skincare, and then give it some time to absorb before applying the next product. It’s made a huge difference in helping plump up my skin and also helps the products to absorb better.

Tried this for over week and am finding it difficult to finish the little bottle.
It rates pretty low in comparison to other Hyaluronic acid which I have tried. It could be because I find the texture a little too thick. But the reason I stop using it in my face is because I find that after putting this on, my face feels more dehydrated after a while.
I tried to alleviate this feeling by spraying Avene spring water before and after the application but that dehydrated feel remains.
I’ve resorted to using it on my hands and feet because I’ve to finish this one way or another. Pretty disappointed

First Impression Review
I was looking for a product with low molecular weight HA and came across this. This contains 2% low, medium and high molecular weight HA and Matrixyl peptides. My skin was slightly damaged by pollution and dehydration so there are patches of red on my cheeks and middle of forehead. So I was looking for something that’s hydrating and collagen boosting. Currently, I’m not using any collagen boosting peptides so this fits perfectly in my routine with no overlaps.
Application
-Light, slightly viscous clear liquid
-Skin feels smooth
-Doesn’t provide that chok chok feeling like my Laneige skin refiner moisture though. That one really penetrates and hydrates skin exceptionally well. It’s not a problem because I use this more as a serum for my under eye wrinkles and places with texture issues. I’m not using it with the 7 skin method.
-No oily but a slight tacky feeling.
-Non irritating
Results
-So I’ve only used this for a few days. I’ve noticed my skin stays hydrated for a whole day.
-My only wrinkles are under my eyes. It’s too soon to tell if it eliminates those wrinkles.
I will buy this again if I don’t have another peptide-containing product.

Now that my face is more exfoliated and smoother, I find this serum sinks into skin well without tackiness. I mix half of this with my urea moisturizer and my skin feels well moisturized for the whole day. Compared with the AHA serum from the same brand which contains 1% low moleculae weight HA, I prefer this one because it feels more soothing to me.
