I have extremely sensitive skin that freaks out regularly. The last episode left my skin with angry red and dry blotches. This serum was my savior. I applied it over my entire face, concentrating on the inflamed areas, and my skin went back to normal within 24 hours. Emergencies aside, when I apply it before moisturizer, my skin becomes incredibly soft and smooth, so much so that I usually skip foundation.
I love the pump (no more dipping fingers into pots), but that means the last bits of product are really hard to scrape out. It is pretty pricey, but for what it does for me, I’ll happily hand over my money. I am just finishing my 4th bottle, and about to head out to grab another.

I’m on my 8th bottle of this, it’s that good. I use it at night under moisturizer in the winter. It’s not really that moisturizing, but with combination/oily skin, I can get away with using it alone in the summer, or topped with a sunscreen. It makes my skin instantly soft and smooth, has a cooling silky gel texture and a nice fresh scent. There is subtle shimmer in the formula, so that when you put it on, the effect is skin that is youthful and glowing. Make up glides easily over this serum. I love the packaging, the pretty blue water drop bottle looks great on my dresser and the pump dispensing feature of biotherm serums is great.
Caveats: Beyond it’s soften and glow effect, I don’t feel like this serum gives my skin much in terms of antioxidants, and there is no anti-aging support. I am shifting over to new serums, I always have a bottle around in the summer when I want to brighten up my skin. I recommend this product if you’re not not quite worried about aging yet, and you feel like you have a dull complexion.

I tried this after finishing the oligo-thermal concentrate, which I was kinda disappointed on, this on the other hand provides a richer moisturizing effect than the other one. I’m not saying that its a thick textured concentrate but it is gel textured which leaves your skin soothing and well moisturized. Unfortunately, I still flake when the season changes but I really like the texture and how it keeps my skin feeling refreshed.
