I have hyperpigmentation issues after being pregnant. The linea negra, discoloration under my arms, my inner thighs, and my aeriolas… all turned very dark brown, and I have very fair skin – not pretty. None of areas showed any signs of wanting to fade post partum, so I bought this cream hoping to lighten them up. I have purchased from MUAC several times before and love their products. I decided on this over the bleaching cream because of the sensitivity of the areas that I was needing to lighten. I’ve been using the whitening cream for a few weeks and have noticed a big difference. My aeriolas have lightened dramatically (and look like they actually belong to me now). My inner thighs are also much lighter. I have breakout prone / combo skin on my face, but I have pretty dry skin everywhere else. This has not caused breakouts anywhere I used it. It is on the greasy side, but absorbs after a few minutes. I haven’t tried it on any acne scars – so I cannot attest to that. I would prefer a pump over a jar – for a lot of MUAC products.
For hyperpigmentation caused by pregnancy I would definitely recommend it.

i only used this product for a month. so i can’t really say anything miraculous about it. i did finish the whole 2 oz cream though. i bought this cream because of discoloration marks on my face and since it says on the MUAC site to use this cream 2 to 3 weeks before the tca peel, if you’re doing the peel primarily for discoloration purposes. so let’s see, did i see results? Yes. i did. very surprised. i had many liver spots on my forehead before using this. now, i just have a few. i actually saw my liver spots going away within like the first 2 weeks. and that’s pretty much what this cream did to me. it got rid of some liver spots. nothing else.
also, the cream is VERY VERY emollient. if you have acneic/oily skin, dont use this. my skin went to point A with this cream. my black heads started coming out again, i got acne on the side of my nares. weird.
so overall, i really cant judge this cream since i only used it for a month. i’m very pro giving creams 3 months to see results. so if you wanna use this cream for discoloration purposes, give it 3 months. i’m sure i’ll work. the acne that comes along is something to consider

I love it..I only use a l little at at time because it’s a very thick cream. But in conjunction with 65% lactic acid peels, my skin has definately improved. I have acneic skin so I might try the serum next time.

This is supposed to fade skin discolorations but it made my skin darker. The product is also too greasy. I will never repurchase!

This is a hydroquinone-free lightening cream which helps fade freckles and brown discolorations. I am using this in conjuction with the 40 lactic peel, the hyaluronic serum and the 8% TCA and am loving the way my skin looks and feels.
I’ve used different kinds of whitening creams/serums over the last couple of years and so far this one is my favorite. Goes on easily, sinks in quickly and doesn’t irritate!
My only complaint – I wish it were a serum as I’m always afraid that creams will clog my pores. But, so far so good on this one.
