Skin type: dry sensitive flaky
Pros:
– only need small amount
– great ingredients
– rich texture
– better for eye serum
Cons:
– silicon base feels strange
– price gets higher
– gives me pimple on my cheeks
Although i have dry skin, this gives me redness and pimple on my cheek, chin and hairlines.. i hoped to like this but i really cannot use all over my face anymore. So i decided use this as my eye serum and it is perfect. Eye products with retinol used to give me side effects and thinned my skin. This product has no retinol, so it is gentle, rich in moisturising and not thinning the skin around eye area.

I originally attempted to add a serum to evening routine via a PC sample of Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum. I absolutely loved the texture but I learned after using it that my skin doesn’t tolerate retinol. After doing a little more research, I decided to try Resist Ultra-Light Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum, and I love it! It provides an extra boost of hydration to my combination skin during the winter months when my skin tends to be drier, without making it greasy or breaking it out. I use this before bedtime after cleansing and applying PC 2% BHA and followed by her Resist Anti-Aging Clear Skin Hydrator, and I wake up with plump, hydrated skin. I highly recommend it to those who wish to add a serum to their routine but are unable to tolerate retinol. A side note about the packaging: when I first started using this, it was packaged in a soft plastic bottle and was very prone to leaking, which was annoying and wasteful. When I got my most recent delivery, I was delighted to see that Paula had changed the bottle to an upright pump in a hard opaque plastic bottle – much more sturdy and zero leakage 🙂

I’ve just finished my second tube of this. It doesn’t break me out and was easy to use. That said, I cannot tell a difference in my skin. The second tube was used as the only other skincare product on my face (under SPF or night cream) So, on its own, I don’t feel is does any harm but it also doesn’t do anything earth-shattering. Will not be repurchasing.

My skin is too sensitive for this serum. It left me to feel like my skin was burning.

Use this every day! It has a gorgeous matte silken texture, mixes wonderfully into all 3 of my moisturizers that I rotate between, and already contains most of the great ingredients that people are buying expensive individual boosters for. I can absolutely see an overall brighter, even, smoother, plumper, and happier face with repeat use. Make any moisturizer a super-nutrient treat for your face! On my second tube 🙂

This is a great product! Doesn’t make me oily or break me out. Very light and absorbs instantly without feeling sticky.

I have combination to oily skin.
This serum is packed full of great antioxidantes. It would’ve earned a 5/5 from me if it wasn’t just so full of silicones. The texture, everything about it was just silicone-y and it wasn’t all that pleasant to apply. It also felt heavy on my skin and I felt like my pores were clogged – even if they probably weren’t. I just couldn’t get over how this felt like on my face.
It’s also a lot more expensive than it used to be. For a lot less expensive you could get a serum of similar quality, especially with korean brands.

This is a light version of a regular antioxidant serum for people with oily and combination skin. I personally prefer the original one but this one is a great alternative if I want to use a heavier moisturizer. I usually apply it after exfoliating my skin to allow all the nutrients to penetrate my skin and do their work. You will notice that you skin is healthier and more glowing pretty soon after consistent use. Highly recommend. For $10 off follow this link

Lovely antioxidant serum, especially if your skin is on the dry side. Consistency is like runny honey and it feels hydrating. I stopped using this in the morning as I started using a separate vitamin C serum which this also contains. Also it takes quite a long time on me to absorb so isn’t the best to apply under makeup. I’ve switched to using PC light antioxidant serum so won’t repurchase.

I use this everyday, I apply over my Vitamin C E Ferulic serum once its dry. This stuff is very light and absorbs quickly and easily leaving no trace on the skin which makes it great for layering products. After this I apply my spf Moisturiser. It is expensive for the amount you get, I try to buy when on offer. My skin has massively improved over a few months but that’s with use of several products to target my problem areas. I see this as more of a preventative measure of skin care and I will continue to repurchase.
