I don’t have wrinkles at the moment and I’m keen for it to stay that way for as long as possible. So, with that in mind I’m always on the lookout for products that will help to prevent wrinkles from developing (or at least delay them) and for me, serums are as good a place to start as any. I got this when it was on offer in Boots and at first, I thought I didn’t liked it. Then I went away for a few days and forgot to take it with me and there’s no doubt I definitely noticed it was missing from my skincare routine. About the second day of my trip I noticed my skin was looking a little more dull than usual and I’d developed a couple of breakouts on my forehead, somewhere I never usually get them. On returning home, I added this back into my routine – morning and evening – and within a few days, my skin was looking much less dull and the breakouts had all but disappeared.
It’s certainly not going to work any miracles on existing wrinkles and/or fine lines, but in terms of helping my skin to look brighter and smoother, I definitely think this worked. It also helped to clear up some small breakouts and they didn’t seem to hang around as long as they usually do either. I wasn’t overly keen on the scent of this – it was quite musty smelling – but it didn’t linger once applied so it’s not a deal breaker for me. I think I will repurchase this at some point but I’ll most likely wait until it’s on offer again, as I don’t think it’s necessarily worth the £15.00 standard price point.

Got this on sale for 6eur.
First of all people, don’t be stupid enough to think that there is a product out there that will get rid of wrinkles, THERE ISN’T. Only way to get rid of wrinkles is by cosmetic procedures. What this product can do, is prevent the wrinkles from appearing by providing moisture and the Q10 molecules to the skin.
The Q10 which is a vital ingredient to fight ageing, as it protects from sundamadge, has antioxidant effect, and being collagen helps to repair the skin and rejuvinate it. I would say for the price, it is a product worth a shot. There isn’t any research on how Q10 actually works when applying on the skin, as it is something our bodies naturally create and which diminishes as we get older, so it depens individually how people’s skin react and accept it topically.

I bought this and Nivea energizing serum when they were on offer at Superdrug.
As I have combination skin, I rarely need additional moisturiser after my Ultrasun sunblock, but I do apply a little of this around my eyes everyday. I also apply this to my face if my skin looks a little dry, as anything heavier would be too rich. Its light and has a gel texture which absorbs easily.
I’m not sure how effective it as a serum but I think as a light moisturiser on my skin it works fine and I would buy it again but only if its on offer

It’s okay, but nothing to rave or be excited about. Pro: pump bottle (hygenic, easy to dispense), non-greasy, the glittery pearl particles do make your face brighter, skin feels softer. Con: a bit dry in texture compared to other serums on the market, no noticeable effect on fine lines and wrinkles.

Unfortunately this product is not available in the US.
I first saw this reviewed on a known Canadian talk show and went out to buy it.
I have been very pleased with the results. My skin is sensitive so any product with claims of brightening usually ends up causing rash on my face.
The pearls serum has not. It goes on very smoothly when applied, and I did notice my skin to appear less wrinkles and smoother.
It is a serum, not a replacement for moisturizer and worked well under my moisturizer. As well, as it applies smoothly, I had no issues with streaking of makeup after my moisturizer (I do find some products don’t get absorbed well and my foundation ends up streaky).
Thanks, Nivea. I hope you will introduce this in the US soon as I cannot seem to find it

I like it. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks – I’m taking the 4 week guarantee challenge from Nivea – but I’m not sure if it has done anything to my skin. I put it on in the morning under my usual day cream. It feels great going on and disappears completely. I enjoy the light pleasant scent. I then put my Nivea day cream overtop. Does not feel greasy. All in all, I like but I want to love it. May return to Nivea if I don’t see any results in the next week.

I really like this serum, i had sensitive / combo skin type, so far i am not allergic to this serum, it’s non greasy no sticky afterward feel, it doesn’t dry my face either, the price was good it was on sale from Shopper’s drug mart for $16.99 the regular price was $25 something like that. it does contain perfume tho, it doesn’t bother me at all, i am not allergic to it. Thank God! and i also see my face texture change too, kinda smooth and less line on my face and i am 50 years old. yes i recommend this product for someone who is on a budget.
