I had tried this previously and had to return it as it dried out my skin terribly. I’m so glad I gave it another shot, however, because it is really transforming my face for the better.
I’m using this on makeup clients too as it provides amazing slip to the skin under foundation; as previous reviewers mentioned it’s a great primer. On me it has literally changed the texture of my face; I have rosacea and the bumpy skin/ redness. The redness hasn’t abated significantly but the surface is now incredibly smooth. I feel as though my skin glows even without makeup, and something that hasn’t happened in a very long time. I’m almost 44 and not expecting miracles, but now I feel like I can go without makeup and not feel hideous.
For $10 this is something I can’t afford not to invest in, really. I go through a bottle a month between myself and clients and will continue to repurchase so long as I get the end result: clearer, brighter skin, less dryness, increased suppleness.

I’m impressed.
I don’t use this as skincare. This functions in my book as a primer. It keeps shine at bay better than any powder could. I don’t need to blot after six hours of wearing foundation which is a record. It gives my skin a velvety smooth finish. I was a faithful user of Skindinavia’s makeup spray primer before purchasing this, and that’s a product I still use with great enthusiasm, but this one does perform better at blocking oil than the Skindinavia. I think it’s because there’s a physical barrier between the foundation and the skin, whereas the spray itself is more like a light-weight grippy liquid that functions to “grip” the foundation vs total oil control.
However there are caveats; I do have a mild contact allergy from silicone. Silicone causes my skin to manifest in tiny fleshless bumps that disappear once my makeup is washed off. Regardless, I accept this flaw and am perfectly happy to use the primer.
You won’t look cakey with this sitting underneath your makeup. That’s more than I can say for the vast majority of talc/silicone powders sold on both the high-end and drugstore market.
Ingredients are said to be good for the skin. Personally I’m jaded to the marketing schemes of brands who proclaim to be organic or healthy for me, since what I really care about is if a product is actually effective or not. I’m not made of money, you see. But for those who do care about animal cruelty, this one should be a winner in your book.
I probably wouldn’t buy this again since it’d last me years and by that time there’ll be something new on the market for me to be interested in, but this is a good, $10 product and deserves attention for those looking for a solid, inexpensive primer.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! If you don’t like silicones, this product is NOT for you. This makes my skin feel wonderful. You could use this product as a primer, too. Works perfectly under my sunscreen (LRP Mineral 50) and my mineral makeup. It’s clear, no smell and a very silky texture. I’ve only been using it for 3 weeks, so I can’t speak to antioxidant properties, but my skin loves it and it does the job for me! All that and it’s only $10!
