This is a great serum and it’s hard to believe it’s so inexpensive. This is a clear serum with “encapsulated” vitamin C bubbles. It feels very much like a silicone primer (because it is silicone-based), but it’s slightly creamier and heavier than most primers. I really like what this does for smothing issues on my neck, but it can be too heavy for my face. It seems to moisturize, which is fine, but my problem with it is the thickness. It may be psychosomatic, but in my brain Heavy Silicones = Cystic Acne. Actually, even Light Silicones = Cystic Acne if I use them too much! But this is only on my face. My neck seems to adore this silicone serum, which “fills in” fine lines and leaves skin silky soft. If you use serums regularly this is probably a good one to try, even if you’re not on a tight budget.
