I was advised this line of products by a proffesor of dermatology. Liked the lotion and facewash – made my skin feel very smooth, but the cream irritated my skin.
But it turns out my skin gets irritated easily by some acne-treatment products.

This is the best cream for skin prone to blackheads and whiteheads. After I started using it cleared my skin and reduced the appearance of blackheads.I started using it every night but it was to strong for me making my skin quite sensitive so and I changed to using it every second night.I would definitely buy it again when I run out of it.

I have been suffering from acne for a long time. I have got many professional treatments done too. Antibiotics (all types), chemical peels, professional microdermabraison, clinique acne line, bioderma acne products, la roche possay acne range, clindamycin, retino a, and a lot more. Some of them gave results, but only shortlived. When i stopped going to my dermatologist, the acne started coming again. I cannot take antibiotics all my life and cannot spend so much on all the treatments. Then i chanced upon this cream and thought of giving it a try. I also bought the cleanser with it. It turned out to be the best at-home solution for my acne so far.
There was a great difference in the texture of my skin within a few weeks. It does sting really bad when you use it for the first few times, but after a while it won’t sting that much. If you are planning to apply makeup over it, then you must wait for 15-20 minutes. I have been using it for a month now and it has significantly reduced my new breakouts. I also bought the 3-in-one mask and use it alternate day. My skin is way smoother and there is a slight glow. I use it twice a day and based on my dermatologist’s recommendation, i am also using tri-o-block cream which has 1% alpha-arbutin to reduce scars. The tube is sufficient for 1 or 1.5 months even if you use a little amount twice a day, so it turns out to be a bit expensive, but since it is working for me and is still cheaper than the other treatments, i am sure to use it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

While doing my fav past time during lunch break (browsing at Guardian pharmcy), I stumble upon the Ducray Keracnyl Creme, complete regulating care for acne prone skin. Seems to me that it is just what I needed, coz of constant clogged prone here and there.
It has a tingeling burning sensation when I apply but quickly goes away after while. After a few nights of applications, I can see that skin is smoother and clogged pore seems to “disappear”. It shrink in size and less less painful. (you know what i mean)
I am totally pleased with the cream that I went to pick up the cleansing gel from the same range immediately.
Now I am exploring other products from Ducray.

I have just started using this creame. So which sunscreen is best to be used over this creame as this creame doesnt protect us from the Sunrays?

This is the best product for oily and combination skin out there! It does not dry my skin, nourishes and hydrates it while cleaning it! I have bought every single product Ducray Keracnyl makes after I discovered it in France. I use it for years now and would not change for anything.
For those of you in Canada, London Drugs sells Ducray Keracnyl products and Jean Coutu in Quebec….save on those crazy shipping fees from Europe.

I bought it after having compared to Avène’s Cleanance K. They have mainly the same ingredients, which is good for oily/acne prone skin: Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid and Citric Acid. But i found Ducray much better because it does not leave a greasy layer, it does not have a disturbing high-note smell. it calms down the redness and controls the shine, great matifyer. In winter, I used it as a day cream under my foundation, but now in warmer days as a night cream because otherwise you would need a high sunscreen.

I have a very oily, acne-prone skin and this cream combined with the foaming gel from Ducray really helps. I like most the freshness I get and the clear look on my face after I use it. Although I still have pimples (been using the cream and gel for almost 3 weeks) the overall aspect of my skin has improved, it is more soft and less red and itchy. Besides the pimples and the cystic acne I have (the doctor suspects is hormonal), the rest of the skin looks great.
I have been dealing with acne since puberty so I have tried mostly anything available on the market. I think I will stick with these 2 for a longer time since I am pleased with how my overall skin looks and feels, even my boyfriend noticed that my skin looks normal nowadays, not greasy, not dry (it usually was one or the other).
I think they are great at controlling acne and oil production.

One year ago, i started breaking out again.. nothing too dramatic but still enough to see a dermatologist.. She prescribed me tetraciclyne antibiotics and it did nothing. Then another dermatologist gave me Keracnyl, I had low expectations but it turned out great. The first days i broke out really bad but after a week your skin gets so much better, it cleared most of my spots and my pores have shrunk dramatically. This is a miracle cream, i can’t live without it.
