It was created exclusively for the Asian market and was discontinued back in awhile.
This serum is identical to MAC Prep + Prime Moisture Infusion (another EL owned brand).

This serum is a somewhat sticky thicker turbid fluid that is basically silicone-based with Biosaccharide Gum-1 (might be 1-2%?) that is an excellent humectant and gives this serum a more “fluid” watery feel.
It contains a vast array of anti-oxidants and cell-communicating ingredients too.
I find it very pleasant to apply and this serum is definitely worth trying! (Now that it is discontinued you can get it at MAC Prep + Prime Moisture Infusion for a much better price too.)
