These KP treatment cloths contain both lactic acid and salicylic acid. Also contains boerhavia diffusa root extract which is supposed to have strong anti-inflammatory compounds to soothe irritated and sensitive skin. The packaging states that this product is fragrance free, and is clinically proven to be non-irritating. I had quite bad KP on the back of my thighs and am prone to acne breakouts on my chest and upper back. I used these cloths once a day. One cloth was enough to do the back of my thighs and hips plus my chest and upper back. I think that with KP, you also need to also use manual exfoliation from either a body scrub or exfoliation cloth for best results. I used Earth therapeutics exfoliating towel when I bathed and then swiped this KP cloth on afterwards. This combination gave me a dramatic reduction in about a week. After a month of use, I have almost no KP on my thighs and zero breakouts on my chest and back. For me, this product is totally non irritating, does reduce redness and KP bumps. There are 60 cloths in a pack and when purchased on sale, it is an affordable, effective KP and acne solution for me.

I HAD THE DELUXE SAMPLE. I USED MOST OF IT, BUT MY BROTHER TRIED IT AS WELL.
This cleanser is marketed to treat Kerstosis Pilarsis, and many acne skin types. It has a chance of fighting these two ailments due to its sacilyic and lactic acid. Sacilyic acid is a lipids soluble exfoliant ,while lactic acid is a water soluble exfoliant. If you have sensitive skin you will get irritation( after all you are removing dead skin cells.) However, sacilyic acid is widely known to be gentle, lactic acid is a milder form of AHA then glycolic acid, and this formula contains an anti-irritant.
This should treat acne with the 2% bha content, and it should exfoliate skin. The only thing I was wondering was what the pH was though as that is critical to its function, and I don’t know how to test the pH on a cloth,so I determined it must be right by the place of the ingredients on the list.
If you have an allergic reaction it may be the sacilyic acid because, many people are allergic to aspirin. If it’s not the sacilyic acid you fan probably find what the culprit was from the short list.
The full size pack is $27.20 for 60 cloths. The cloths are a decent size, both sides can be used and they don’t drip. If you are unsure if they are for you the deluxe sample is $7.00 for 10 cloths. The cloths are 8×6 if anyone wanted to know.
My experience : I had two monster pimples on each side of my face, and this did very little for them right away. After a few on and off days my skin dried up,and exfolliated over the blemish. It’s nice to think that this helped, but honestly I don’t know. In my brothers case it did not clear the small bumps on his skin. At one point we thought it did,but then it returned.
