This has changed my life. I have used the wash and the cleanance expert twice a day (only using a powder foundation during the day). Everyone has commented on how good my skin looks and its obvious. Additionally, i have become preganat whilst using and it is great as i dont need to use my normal retinoid creams. I have suffered with acne a lot and have tried everything including very single prescription drug. This really helps, i would advise anyone to get into a routine using this. Out of the pharmacy brands like la roche posay this has been the best for me by a mile.

I’ve received some samples and I’ve used it complimentary with Triacneal at night.
It is a good day cream, it absorbs immediately in the skin, makes it smoother and less oily. I’m glad I didn’t have any bad reactions (redness, burns, allergy, tightness).
It helped me with my pimples and irritations after a hormonal treatment.
It didn’t mattify or regulate my sebum production though ((
I wouldn’t buy the full size product.

The smell is very nice and my skin feels very soft after applying. However, I cannot use it for more than two or three days, or I’ll have breakouts – and that’s the reason I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

When I first used this product it worked wonders. I’ve now gone through 3 tubes. Whilst not being 100% effective as a sole moisturiser it did initially help with breakouts. However after a while it lost its effect and didn’t seem to be helping with anything. I did however find it served a great purpose as a primer under foundation for the big pores on my nose (that no other primers to date have been able to smooth over – benefit porefessional included). I am worried about long term use of silicones on my skin however and whether they are clogging my pores… So probably not a repurchase for me.

Does everything it says. Very good for sensitive skin – it could be a little bit more moisturizing but they dont promise that but a very good product for acneprone skin

The only thing I liked about this product was the smell. It didn’t nothing to my skin. I didn’t settle my acne, I was still prone to breakouts my pores were the same. My skin didnt’ feel smoother, fresher, healthier or anything else.

Holy Grail product alert! I have combination skin that is very susceptible to clogged and enlarged pores especially in the spring and summer. Usually I end up just using hydrating products because acne care products dry out my skin after a few uses but not this one! It’s enriched with thermal spa water, soothes sensitive skin, and is hypoallergenic. The application is light and smooth with no real noticeable scent. After a few uses my pores look refined and my skin looks healthier and more glowy. After a few more uses my clogged pores are clearing up and I’m noticing any residual acne marks clearing up. Best thing is my skin still feels hydrated but nice and clean and matte. I love misting my skin with the Avene thermal water before application also to soothe and boost penetration. I will definitely keep using the product! My skin looks tight and pretty like I’m 12 again ????????????

This product helped my acne to settle down. At first, I thought it wouldn’t help my acne at all but this past month I noticed a huge difference to my face. It is way clearer (but still with acne scars) and I’m having minimal huge breakouts. But take note I stopped drinking cow’s milk and replaced it with soya milk instead (It might help clearing your acne too). The slight con of this product is not too moisturizing and I guess there is a reason for this (It states that this product exfoliates).
But overall it is a great product for acne!

I purchased this for $17 USD from Dermstore. This sounded like a unique concept for acne control because it uses neither Benzoyl Peroxide nor Salicylic Acid. (I am trying to get away from using BP as my daytime go through because of its controversial safety profile.) However for me it just made matters worse instead of better. I was using it along with other Avene products as an adjunct to prescription stuff as recommended by my derm. Within a week of using them I developed 3 huge cystic zits that would not go away for anything when normally my acne is well controlled by Retin-A and other prescribed products.This does not dry out your skin at all compared to other acne control products (neither do the other Avene Cleanance products) so they are worth a try to see if they work for you.
